I enjoyed this hotel, I was a guest at a conference for several days and it was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I will say that the water pressure was inconsistent and I was disappointed with that. The bathroom layout was a little strange, and cramped compared to other IHG rooms I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable as always, I loved the built in reading lamps within the head board, it's such a cute touch. Digital controls for the temperature were nice, large print so easy to read. I stayed on the first floor, which was honestly a little loud with the multiple events happening, there's often music playing in the lobby which I could hear as well. I bring a sound machine with me on trips and if you have the option to bring one I would suggest doing so. I enjoyed the map of Rhode Island on the wall, it was a nice touch, really brightened up the space. I didn't see breakfast being served or Alfred's open but that may have been because of the event I was attending. Overall I would stay again, I would recommend this place to a friend.

We stayed 2 nights at this poor establishment, the pros of this hotel is that their were lots of parking space, outside and inside was pretty pleasant because it was quiet. The cons of this hotel is that the a/c was extremely loud preventing me to have a good nights sleep:. There was NO cleaning service within my 2 night stay. There was NO CLEANING SERVICE without any notice on websites or by check in. When we called customer service no one picked up this shows that the employees at this hotel are very irresponsible. We definitely do not recommend coming to this hotel as there are many hotels with better service and price range.

We couldn’t say enough great things about this venue! Our wedding coordinator, Catherine Gray, started about halfway through our planning process. We booked this venue almost 2 years out from our wedding. Catherine came on and was so attentive, energetic, supportive, and responsive. She answered any and all questions my mother and I had, which were many, and was just so amazing to work with! We had our ceremony in the Rotunda room, our cocktail hour in the Bristol room, and our reception in the Atrium room; and all were so beautiful and amazing! My wedding was an absolute dream come true and our venue had such a big role in that. Majority of our guests stayed at the hotel as well, and we were able to hang in the Crossings restaurant after the reception and had a nice buffet breakfast the morning after the wedding. They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from TF Green airport. Couldn’t say enough great things about this venue and our coordinator. You should definitely book this note for your wedding, you won’t regret it!

Our room was very nice. Everything clean and working. They don't include breakfast however. They seem to have multiple weddings every weekend. But it wasn't an inconvenience for the other guests at all. They should have more than two electric car plug-in stations. Convenient location.Rooms: 5/5

Really nice hotel close to the airport. Very affordable compared to other options in the area, and was a large, clean room. Our only complaint was that there was no continental breakfast, which I was about 90% sure I booked, so we went elsewhere to get it. I'd stay here again if I was in Providence.
