It's a very nice charming restaurant & alehouse in Farmingdale near the railroad. I attended a private party in the back. A very attractive space with a large bar... the staff was very attentive and the drinks were very good. the food was just so so otherwise all was terrificFood: 3/5
Traditional food and selection of beers are excellent. Any time if there are issues, the manager steps in, makes corrections without any hassles. Then follows up to see if you are satisfied . What more can you ask? That to me is the earmark of an A-one establishment.Food: 5/5
Nice spacious bar atmosphere. The draw here is the amount of taps. There is a plethora of options from a beer perspective and should sate whatever beer style you're looking to tackle that day. Service is friendly and quick. Food wise it is your normal pub fare with extra things thrown in like shepherd's pie. I honestly give this place a 4.5. They tout their wings, which are admittedly cheap, but with the other wing options in the area they don't really compare. Everything else food wise is reasonable. You can even hit them up for flat feet brunch that included bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys. Good for families, to catch a game, or to just hang with buddies.
We really enjoyed the food here. We went for brunch and nice menu selection. Our waitress was wonderful. Little dark inside but they also have outside seating. Definitely a place we eat at often!! EnjoyFood: 5/5
Staff is super friendly and accommodating, had a group of like 17 ppl and everything came out timely, hot and correct. Food is a little basic though and feels like a jazzed up diner. Music is wayyyyyyyyyyy too loud and you can't hear people next to you unless you're uncomfortably close or yelling. A few people had kids there and it is definitely not the place to bring kids, unless you just want to drown out their voices so you can neglect them while you eatseriously, don't bring your kids here ppl.
Only giving this place a 2 because their wings are very good. I've gone to Croxleys more times than I can remember. I love that they show the UFC fights and don't rush you out. They have a great beer selection but they don't clean their tap lines well and they often serve skunked beer. I cannot tell you how many times I've had to struggle through a beer or send a beer back at this place because of it. If you send it back, they look at you like you have 2 heads. On top of that, they have started nickel and diming you for everything. $1.50 for a side of ranch. Also they used to have free refills on fountain drinks, this is also a thing of the past. I got served a diet coke that tasted like rum and coke. It was obvious they reused the glass for someone else and just dumped it out without cleaning it. This place has become trash
Great sports pub atmosphere. Really nice beer selection. Delicious pretzel and wonderful staff. My bartender Crystal was outstanding! I'll be back for sure!
This might be without a doubt my favorite restaurant ever. Wings are truly the reasons why I come here. They have the best wings ever. The barbecue wings on the bone are my favorite. Buffalo is good too but nearly as good. Great service here and friendly employees. Wonderful Place
Complete mess. We has made a reservation for 8- which the messed up on. The menu looked delicious and was extensive. But, it is very misleading and very dissapointing. The "Irish nachos" are squeeze cheese fries. Service was awful. Our waitress looked like she hates her job. With all the wonderful restaurants on Long Island, I'd give this one a hard pass.
Food was typical sports bar food. Too sweet or too salty but no real flavor. Drinks were also very boring but plenty expensive. Employees were very nice but we felt like they were rushing us constantly. Also…it’s a sports bar so it’s ridiculously loud. Men’s bathroom…utterly disgusting. I wish there was a porta potty near by to use instead.
