I called the nurse with a medical concern. I let the nurse know I might have flu like symptoms but I never had the flu so I am going off of Google. The nurse didn't confirm if I had the flu or not and directed me to urgent care saying I have a virusdidn't confirm if flu virus. Three or four days later, I went in to have a physical filled out and was told I couldn't be seen because my chart read, I had flu like symptoms. I had no symptoms the time of my appointment. I checked the CDC guidelines for the flu and you are okay to leave the house 24 hours after you're fever free without medication. I never had a fever. I did catch the flu weeks later and what I had when I called the nurse was far from the flu. I couldn't have walked into the office with the flu. They'll tell you not to Google your symptoms but will take your Google diagnoses serious if you mention flu. There is so much more I can complain about but I seen my complaints is everyone else's. This office is a convenient location though.
This place is unprofessional one lady at the front desk particularly gave me attitude for asking a simple question it takes forever to get a on the phone appointment and in person appointment this office disgust me any time i see actual doctors they are nice and do they job that’s the only good thing about this place did I mention they will have you standing outside like forever ? Like your a ghost like they don’t see you at the door no matter how cold or hot these people do not care about you as of today I’m done with this office and I hope they shut this place you call a doctors office down oh yeah don’t get me started on how unresponsive they are lol it’s sad
Downs *ALWAYS* a long wait. Difficult to get a human on the phone quickly. Ups Other than that, the care is quality and attentive.
The doctor I have is wonderful but she's not available. So I made a appointment with another doctor because my doctor isn't available till July. We set a phone call appointment , the doctor called one time, left a message that I had missed her call and called back after a few hours ! She was quick and lovely. Definitely recommend the doctors for the fact they are so nice and listen!!
I have never experienced a medical facility that is more unresponsive than these people. My prescriptions have run out. The pharmacy says call your doctor. The phone line says call your pharmacy. Catch 22! I have called 3x for a sick visit this week. #1 called the appointment line. That can’t make appointments for sick people say what?? transferred to nurse’s line left a message. No call back. #2 called nurse line which I have never had anyone pick up. Left a message. No call back. #3 called the appointment line. There are no appointments available. Call back in a couple of days to see if anyone has canceled. In a couple of days it’s already been three!. In a couple of days I could be in the hospital or dead. So, I’m still sick, my lifesaving medicine has run out and my doctor won’t see me. DONT GO HERE!
Unprofessional and always a late wait ! Makes you sit inside the room more thn one hour ! Never answer the phone when you call !
It is surprising to me to see all the negative reviews. I went there see a doctor together with my 12 year old son.we received a very good service there.from the entrance to the paperwork getting done, most importantly nurses and doctor are very professional and helpful,next week I will bring my two other kids with my wife to see a doctor there.they may not the most welcoming in the front but they are not unprofessional. I take down one star because I find one spelling errors in one of my lab work papers. I will correct it on my next visit. I hope this will help you.
THE WORST SO-CALLED "MEDICAL FACILITY" EVER! INCOMPETENCE is an understatement. I was assigned to a PCP here but after calling multiple times for one whole week, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I've left several messages and only 1 person called me back. Unfortunately I missed the call-- I called back throughout the week and was not able to reach anyone. I had to call in as a "doctor/health provider" JUST TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. A woman finally answered and when I told her I wanted to make an appointment, she disregarded me so fast because it was like she got caught picking up the phone from a patient and didn't want to deal with me on hand. She then immediately directed me to another line and again, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I have never in my life encountered such unprofessional behavior. I've seen crappy customer service before but this is just absolutely NO REGARDS for their patients at all... I mean, you can't even get any service because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I don't have time during my busy schedule to go there myself JUST to make an appointment, that's what PHONES ARE FOR. So after reading all terrible reviews and 1 star ratings on yelp AND google-- I thought to myself, "Do I really trust this place with my medical records, blood work, etc??" I can't even get a hold of someone! I called up my insurance and immediately switched facilities. The second I switched, it was so refreshing to have someone answer the phone and book me the next available appointment. HALLELUJAH! It's really a shame if they have really good doctors here because the receptionists/staff really messed it up for them. I will be reporting this facility to the state.
If i could give no stars I would. This place had my husband waiting in for over 3 hours just to get a referral or be seen. You have no problem charging a late fee if we don't show up or are late. Take no accountability for wasting your patients time. I understand things come up but this is insane. NEVER GO HERE. They schedule a time for you but go by first come first serve basis. What is the point of the appointment then? Reporting the my health insurance for inadequate care.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I pass by this place everyday and they have their elderly patient’s waiting outside. All medical facilities are open to the world. Open up your facility to your patients!
