I forgot to write a review until we started talking about our next cruise and I recalled how good these folks were. Moving forward, I will always go to these guys when planning our next cruise. I had no idea that travel agents were free and would always find the best deals. They even followed up just to make sure everything was in order before the cruise and then wanted feedback after the cruise to make sure everything went well. They found the absolute best deal and bent over backwards to meet our requirements and time frame.
My wife and I are experienced cruisers and have been booking cruises through Cruise Connection for 16 years. They have always been great to deal with, provide excellent service and the best prices. If you need an experienced cruise agency that looks out for its clients, this is the one for you.
Purchased a vacation package pre COVID and then had to cancel it. Was told i could get a refund or take before 12/21 and then when i tried to reach them to reachedule i can not because they phone wasnt working and now if disconnected also emails are coming back! Not happy I lost over $500!!!! And during a pandemic it feels like over a thousand.
Cruise Connections did a super job with helping plan our Alaskan cruise. Always attentive and very helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable on all aspects of cruising.
No longer in business. Went there on March 26, 2021 after checking their website, which said they were open until 5pm that day. Office is completely empty, save for a couple of old desks and a chair. Sign on door said to call their number for an appointment, but that number is no longer in service.
