Hi I’m Nanci. Having been a travel professional since 1981, and an avid globetrotter myself, making your trips memorable, easy, and stress free is my passion.
I love working with you to create, craft, and make real your dreams of venturing beyond your daily experience. Helping you finding new places to love is what keeps me in this industry.
If something (rarely) goes wrong for you, it means lost sleep for me, and I’ll be turning my mental gears until a solution is found. Most of the time everything goes smoothly, and I attribute that ease to my genuine desire to help, an honest affection for travel, and the fact that I’m detailed oriented to a (sometimes) overzealous degree (just ask my kids).
On my very first visit to Hawaii I fell in love with it, and 10 years ago I moved to the Big Island, and have not looked back since. Although I have experience in all aspects of the travel industry and can see you happily arrived at destinations worldwide, I am especially knowledgeable in the Hawaii market and my deepest love is to share my long acquired secrets with you.
Owning my own travel agency has been a lifelong dream, and I fully believe people do their best work when they’re living their passions. Cruise Planners-American Express Travel is the leading travel agent franchise network in the industry, and having worked as a travel agent for American Express for many years, I am so excited to be a part of this organization again.
I am the happiest when I am with my family. I have two grown children and am the proud Grami of 3 beautiful grandchildren.
