Cruisers Car Wash

Decided to try this car wash out, truck was left with dirt and spot after it was cleaned. The prices are a bit high in my opinion, took about 30 minutes for the whole wash. Place has waiting area inside, and outside. They also have a kids playing area inside.

I took my car to this car wash. At the entrance, I noticed a bunch of signs for Express Wash at $8.99. I thought this was a genuine offer. I was told though the express did not include the interior cleaning which was fine w/ me. In a few minutes, some one who called himself the operation manager brought my car out telling me it was ready. I noticed water was still running down the windows! When I told him to wipe it out, he said windows are not included and I have to drive it off like that! Trying to convince this person of the unusual situation was a total waste of time. In a loud and intermediating tone he was telling me that I picked the cheep option for which, this is what I get. You shouldn’t have been cheep! By the way, there was no mention of what the so-called Express wash included in their signs which should be a violation of business laws. Another customer who witnessed the arguments walked up to the guy and told him that he should not talk to a customer in that installing manner. You should apologize to him me, which he did not. At the suggestion of the other customer, I called the owner. In my surprise, the owner was worse than the field guy. He seemed to be a state of rush and did not want to spend time to hear my complaint. His arguments had absolutely no logic to justify their unfair practice of business. At the end he asked me about my age! and suggested that I see a doctor! Luckily there are many car washes in this town, where genuine customer service is their primary goal. I will never go back to this car wash and will not recommend them in a million years. Two thumbs down. Way down…..

Worst carwash! They left my car dirty. They didn’t even vacuum it properly. Spend $26 for nothing! I call to speak the manager! And starting giving me attitude when I’m telling him they didn’t do their job properly. Talk about attitude, and lack of customer service. This is not a one time experience but an ongoing issue I have witnessed over years now. I have been coming to this carwash for nearly two decades. What was once a booming and thriving car wash with great customer and initial positive impressions no longer exist. I have noticed the business has tremendously lowered over the past few years. I must say , this review is meant to highlight the extremely rude and unprofessional front desk clerk.

Just left the car wash and paid $21 so that the inside of my car is vacuumed and this is what I got back. Crumbs still on the carpet which shows they clearly didn’t even bother with the vacuum in the backseat.Very disappointed in this service.I also went around 12:30pm and was the only one in line, so they can’t even give me the “ it was busy” excuse. Never bringing my car here again, save your money folks.

They honestly do a horrible job! Make sure you move all items out the car and all personal belongings to the trunk or out the car completely or they won’t Clean the areas that you leave items on. They also hardly vacuum. My car remained with dirt and hair on the carpet even after asking them to vacuum again. Not to mention to wash cost $30

My absolute FAVORITE place to get a car wash! They do an impeccable job EVERY time I go .... they also have a frequent washer card .... get 10 stamps and get your 11th regular price car wash for FREE! I cannot recommend this place enough. Yeah ... you're welcone!

I was charged for a midsize SUV. I have a Land Rover Sport the smaller SUV They missed a lot of spots. Didn’t clean everything. I had to point out repeatedly spots that were not cleaned. I gave up pointing out missed areas and left. I would not recommend this Car Wash.

We chose the special wash. It looked good at the beginning, but when we left we saw dirty spots in the inside of the car and outside as well the front windshield still has dirt and you can see a stain from bird pop. The place itself doesn’t offer any kind of cash back to give a tip, you have to use an atm machine to get cash and it charges you 1.99$ fee that may differ depending on the bank you have

I have never been so angry at someone as I was at the lady at the cash register. I see other people complaining about her and it is true. She should not be the face of your business. She is so rude, and when I asked to speak to the owner, she lied and said she is the owner. The manager Carlos confirmed she is not the owner. I'd rather wash my car myself than come back here. To the actual owner, you will lose customers if something is not done about her attitude. I will not come back until she is gone. I will let everyone I know to find another car wash.
