Staff is cool and friendly. Lots of equipment and plenty of space to workout. Clean environment and generally friendly other gym goers. Glad I found this location

I have been a member of this gym since it opened in 2015. I have never complained or written a review, but enough is enough. I use this gym out of convenience, I get there at 5AM so I am able to be at work on time. Going to this gym is night is not an option, it is a circus and over crowded. Your members have dealt with the numerous pieces of broken equipment,  incredibly dirty and unsanitary restroom conditions, which would be enough for most to go to another gym. BUT YOU CAN'T OPEN ON TIME?? HOW IS THIS AN ISSUE?? IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS WITH LISTED HOURS, OPEN ON TIME.  IF YOU LIST THAT YOU OPEN AT 5AM, THIS DOES NOT MEAN OPEN AT 5:30 AM OR LATER. THESE ARE THE BASICS. YOU ARE NOT STICKING TO YOUR END OF THE AGREEMENT. THIS IS NOW A WEEKLY ISSUE WHERE THE GYM DOES NOT OPEN ON TIME- ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. ITS A SHAME, THAT CRUNCH CONTINUES TO TAKE OUR MONEY AND NOT HOLD UP TO THEIR END OF THE AGREEMENT.

This is Gym is closed for More than a month and nobody say nothing. No emails or call to their clientele. Why is that? What is happened? Is this GYM broke?   I've tried to contact you  in person, via your local phone number or the corporate phone number listed online but Those numbers are not accepting more messages.  Nobody answer and It is the same Online. I choose this place because it was close to my home but you do not fixed the broken machines, or clean as should be this place. It's over crowed and worse you do not care. I  WANT TO CANCEL. DO NOT CHARGE ANY RENEWAL  AND REIMBURSE ALL THE MONEY YOU TOOK BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS CLOSED

What the hell is going on at this gym? They close without notice all the time. Just pulled up at 6am and a sign is posted “closed till further notice”, cool so we are just paying for a membership for nothing??? Couldn’t you have posted on social media informing members BEFORE putting those signs up? Roslindale needs a new gym asap

They need to work on keeping the gym clean. UPDATE !!!!!While management is quick to respond on this platform they are not via email and phone calls. Members should not have to go through hoops to have their membership put on hold when it is not their fault. This should have been done automatically since I'm sure you knew far in advance. Medford would never treat their members in this manner and you should be ashamed. I expect a reply to my email ASAP.

The gym was closed in December because of the city. I did not get any email informing me about this, but I was charged the monthly amount. How is this possible? I tried to cancel the membership online but your portal doesn't offer this option. I sent an email and no one has gotten back to me. I tried to call, but no one is taking the calls.  I had to go to a different gym, so I want my money back from December charged and make sure my membership is cancel. how am I suppose to do this?

How you going to say on the internet the gym is open and not open when you get there!! It been a week now!! No answer to what's going on with this gym!! This might be the turning point for me!! There's others gyms around people could go to.. Crunch Fitness wasting people time and money!!

Dirty, broken equipment, poor variety of equipment, and poorly trained staff. On a regular day, it barely even functions as a gym. What has really put the nail in the coffin for me, however, is that for several days now it has been inexplicably closed without warning and without any indication when and if it will reopen. Ironically, when you try to call the gym no one picks up and a prerecorded message inaccurately states the gym is “open.” At this point, it seems at least an ethical violation if not a contractual one that I am being charged for a gym that does not even open.

The boss at Crunch Fitness in Roslindale is mad disrespectful. Today I went in to pay for my membership, he told me I couldn’t pay because he needed my account number which whenever I’m paying I’ve always pay cash. When I tried to talk to him he called me rude because I didn’t want to give him account number since they’ve been charged me twice every times they took money out of my account. It’s not the first time he did that to me or my friends that’s my friends left and now it’s my turn to leave because I won’t tolerate no racist behavior towards me, my friends or my family members.

Dirty gym management really is  Angry and probably need to go into another business. Management really not people people unfortunately. Today the 28th horrible horrible an getting worse with no paper towels, running out of wipe. But today only 1 dispenser has in whole gym trash cans full becoming the norm!! Here's a few pics again
