I stopped in to see what they had to replace My factory deck. I wasnt to optimistic b/c I was driving My 12yr old Suburban. I was pleasantly surprised with their selection. The Lady that helped Me was both knowledgeable and friendly. They had everything in stock too. If Your looking for an entire system installed or just a deck upgrade, Definitely considering checking them out.
Andrea saved our butts!!!!!! Our drone died while we were filming over the weekend and we had about two days to get a new one before flying out of the country for our next project. We went to Best Buy, but their entire drone section was out of stock and the sales reps weren't very helpful. We stopped at Crutchfield as a last resort. As soon as we walked in, we were met by a smiling Andrea who listened to our needs and helped us find the exact drone we needed in seconds. The pricing exactly matched that on the manufacturer's website and was competitive with what we had seen online. We were over the moon when she told us she could have it in the store the very next day. We went to the store this afternoon and the staff already knew who we were and had the drone waiting for us. Pick up took us literally 10 seconds! We are SO grateful to Andrea and this store -- they seriously saved our butts. Will be skipping Best Buy and shopping here from now on!
Zach gave spectacular customer service, listened to my needs, and figured out what I wanted he even checked for stock in the back. The truck had just pulled up unloading, so I didn't have to wait for my receiver to be shipped to me.
Was greeted at the door and that was about it. No one out of the 5 people in the showroom area were interested in seeing if I needed assistance. Get better customer service through their online experience.
I bought some speakers from them by the recommendation from the salesman and they were perfect the teck people were a blessing with helping me set up My system everyone I spoke with were very knowledgeable and courteous excellent experience with them would highly recommend them with your projects thanks so much....
The before and after Crutchfield pictures speak for themselves but I have to add that our Crutchfield experts, CEs not pictured, were pretty amazing. As we were checking out, I told our CE that he had forgotten something - he forgot to ask if we wanted the extended warranty. “You don’t need one.” he replied. When we went back a week later to pick up our beautiful console, the CE spent a lot of time helping us find the best fit for our subwoofer; he gets 5 stars, my husband gets 2 for telling me it would fit behind the TV. Bottom line, go to Crutchfield for your home electronics instead of a BB big box store where they ask if you want to buy the extended warranty on your new blender.
NEEDED A NEW RADIO FOR MY CAR ! THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO SPEND A SMALL FORTUNE... BUT WAS VERY SURPRISED AT THEIR PRICE'S. PICKED ONE OUT WITH THE HELP OF A VERY NICE YOUNG MAN.. GOING SAT TO HAVE IT PUT IN. SO I'LL FIND OUT THEN HOW GOOD IT'S REALLY GOING TO WORK .
Made an appointment last week for the dash cam installation and I was told the estimated time for the installation process would be around an hour. When I came to the store this morning, the staff made me wait 3 hours and they failed to install a dash cam on my car. They claimed it was because I did not make an appointment so that they don’t have enough time to install the dash cam. Even though I showed them the record of the appointment, they still insisted there was no appointment for me. Unprofessional and Irresponsible
I've always had the best experiences with Crutchfield. There isn't another company that can compare. Earlier today Kevin helped me through a confusing situation with ease. He was kind, thoughtful, and dedicated to helping find a resolution for me. Dear Crutchfield management, Please give this man a raise and a company car. Or at least a raise. Sincerely, Jeremy
Pretty disappointed, my equipment sounds great however after spending way over $3000 just in my Rockford Speakers, Amp, and Subs just 4 months ago. The woofer completely died in one of my rear speakers but they only warranty for 60 days. Better to just buy local and deal with a retailer that will deal with the manufacturer for warranty. Now I have to remove my speaker and send to Quebec for replacement. My next truck wont get any equipment from Crutchfield.
