Never been here before. Came in to see if they can help me add some sounds to my sons truck whom is deployed and would like to surprise him. Met with Clint and he was great and knew what I was looking for without breaking the bank. They are not just trying to sell you anything. They totally try to understand what you’re looking for and makes it happen! The whole team were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be sending anyone here that is looking for a new system. Brought my Bronco to them and after having 4 other spots telling me it’s nothing they can do for the sound I wanted.. but Clint has helped me about 4 years ago and did a good job so I took him my truck and for the money I spent I got way more sound and quality of sound than I expected! I recommend anyone to go to Cruz n Tunes but ask for Clint he pays attention to the details and never complained about what I’ve asked him to do extra on the tune.. dude literally took a tape measure from my ear to the speakers lol

Clint was a huge help with an alarm problem I was having with my truck, after calling several places with not a single person that could help with my issue Clint was very patient and willing to talk me through how to resolve this issue through the phone and also helped with the process of getting my new key fob for the after market alarm. All the other staff were very helpful also, 10/10.

Ober charged my didnt install anything correct causing my 900 dollar system to fail. Sold me two kickers that blew then exchanged me cheaper speakers.this was my first setup and worst first experience..i do not recommend these ppl

They do all my auto electric accessories. They’ve been very fast and efficient as well as friendly.

These guys did a great job on a difficult install for a head unit in my 2015 Accord. Best buy said they would not be able to do the install, so I pivoted to here. They also did a great job on another install on my wife's car. Definitely a go-to place for a professional installation.

In my opinion, they over charge a little on the labor. The hours charged are longer than the actual job. I was going to let them do a job for me because I was busy, until they told me the hours for the job which I knew would not take that long. If you still decide to go there. Do your homework like I did, prior to going. They do have some quality sound equipment they sell.

I initially came here and purchased a brand new head unit,and had my wires cleaned up,the very next day the radio went out,and I returned after paying almost $700 the previous day,not only did I have to purchase a new radio,they charged me another $160,to rewire my radio,and didn’t even connect the wires to right,my radio was distorted and cracking,and it blew one of my speakers…I had to look up the factory diagram myself and connect my radio myself,he only had ONE wire connected correctly… I’m apart on one of the largest car clubs in Atlanta,and I trusted them to do it correctly,I nor any of my crew will ever go here,and any other car club if you care about how your radio will sound

GREAT SERVICE AT A GREAT PRICE...THEY INSTALLED A NEW RADIO WITH BACKUP CAMERA, ALONG WITH NEW HEADLIGHTS FOR MY 2000 MB E320. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL TEAM...THEY EVEN FIXED MY WINDOW ON THE DRIVERS SIDE, WHICH MY MB MECHANIC COULD NOT GET TO OPERATE PROPERLY.
