Little Saigon Bakery formally known as Crystal Bakery . The end of an era! I come to find out that the owners had retired couples months ago. It's modern now and a lot has changed. Lots of new selections with boba option as well.
Let me start off by saying if I would be able to give 0 starts I would. I ordered their famous coffee cake original owners recipe the employee guaranteed it was the same recipe and that nothing changed. I believed her. I just want to say that it was really bad. It did not taste fresh. The ingredients we definitely not the same as the original owners.
They have great tasting cakes and pastries. You can sit and enjoy the AC while having some ice cream or sodas to cool off from the heat.
I really love this place, their cakes are so good! Special mention to their Boba Thai Tea, my favorite one
I went here as a kid and their cakes are still amazing!!! I recommend their chocolate cake with strawberries!
The original owners of crystal have retired. I ordered a cake from this new bakery and it was horrible. It was dry and stiff. Never again.
I’m sad the old owners are gone and that it’s been gentrified I didn’t see any merengues like the old owners use to sell
