I must say that the staff have been so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Foley is a treasure. She doesn’t make you feel awkward or embarrassed because we are in pain medication. She very tentative to my needs and makes sure I’m comfortable with her decisions. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. It took us over 2 months to find her and finally found her a few months ago.
Very helpful and courteous, but not one pharmacy in Craven County had the medication prescribed...going on 6 days without relief in sight.
Dr. Kitchen and his staff are beyond amazing. I had an injection in my C-spine. I had neck and arm pain since November 2021. I did all the things that primary care doctor recommended. I used lidocaine patches, dry needling and physical therapy. I did get relief from all three treatments. However, the pain would wake me up every night. After the steroid injection I have 1 out of ten level pain. Don't be afraid of the injection. The minimal discomfort receiving the injection is worth your time. For me it is a game changer.
Dr Tellis and his staff are awesome very caring and walk you through your procedure before during and after treatment. I would recommend him to for sure
Several times now I have done without my medication. It’s obvious due to human error. When I called the to report an issue Mary the practice manager could have cared less. She obviously has never suffered the pains and despair we deal with each day. Want to mention Dr. Kitchen and Meredith are amazing. Colleen also. The other medical staff is very lacking.
I like Dr Tellis! Its very hard to find good painmanagement ! It is hard to get meds sometimes cause i call them in still! Also certain staff are not so nice,but i think they cleaned them up! Its the best in NB to me! Cronic Pain is hard to deal with ! Also being sick all the time with SOMETHING! Most dont understand! Thank you, to Dr Tillis ! I would not funtion well at all without management! Thanks again!
I just want to say Dr. Foley is the best. She always takes the time to listen and truly cares about you. She's amazing.
I had back surgery twice and taken pain meds for 10 years , could never find relief from other pain management doctors, until I went CCPM. Dr. Kitchen who proceeded with ablation of the nerve. No more pain meds and I feel great with no more pain.
I have to say the staff is the absolute best! From the doctors who alway have time for me, the assistants who make sure everything is done in a timely manner, to the reception greeting me with a smiling face. Never once have I had a problem with this office nor their staff. They truly care about their patients. They do make patients on narcotics sign an agreement. Seems pretty simple. Easy to follow and the staff really explains it. Seems to me maybe a bad review or two maybe due to their lack of following the agreement? That’s just my personal opinion. 10 stars for this clinic if I could. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
Dr. Kitchen is great, seems to be the only one in this area that truly cares about my health, and trying everything he can to get me back to living a normal pain free life. His staff and nurses are very helpful and knowledgeable. Update: after 2.5 years seeing him, We finally were able to get approved for a spinal stimulation trial. He did an amazing job. I'm on day 4 and feel 50% pain free if not more.
