Campground and Herkimer Diamond Mining!
The office is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm during the season (mid-April to mid-Oct). The mines are open daily 9 am to 7 pm (or dusk, whichever comes first). The "diamonds" are Herkimer Diamonds, a special type of quartz crystal found only in this part of upstate New York. We have sites for tents or RVs, and also camping cabins.
