Crystal Lake Storage is the only place that makes you feel like family everytime you need them and work with them. They always help when your life throws you a curve ball or two.  Thanks Crystal Lake Storage for your service and professionalism.

This place was very clean but when you go to leave if you exit say on the 4 of the month they keep your entire months rent!!!  That’s corruption at it BEST!!  I would definitely recommend that you check every rental place bc that’s how they mess with people.  Especially those who aren’t in the same state!! They play on people!!

I’ve had an unit for a couple months before moving into our new home and there were very few minor errors/issues like receiving multiple emails for one subject which literally was no inconvenience at all. My storage unit was taken care of properly and I felt all my belongings were secured and safe. There is a regional manager there Lesa who you can tell works her butt off providing the best customer experience constantly doing what she can to give the best service.

I walked in here the other day and was really impressed with the facility and customer service. I was actually headed to the storage company down the street but I turned around and came here instead because it looked so much nicer. I rented a unit on the spot and had instant access. Was able to easily get my things in, even after hours, and am really happy with it. They offer great rates too!

So far so good , the lady at front was attentive n smiley gave me the best advice about where I should go in when i was ready my unit was toward the back dont know the esa policy there but havent had a complaint so thats a plus dog jumped out car while I was putting stuff in unit ran n found me my apologies to those who may have fear of my best friend the dog. Only plan on few months so ill have another review around then for the exiting . god bless EVERYONE.

The rental process is easy and straightforward.  The service is excellent and the unit is clean and easy to access.  The prices are very good and I feel comfortable storing my belongings there.

I have had a pleasant experience each time from the first day I had rented a unit. The staff is great and very helpful throughout each encounter. Nice units and easily accessible at good prices. I highly recommend Crystal Lake Self Storage.

Don’t be fooled by older, more positive reviews. While it’s true the lockers are in very good shape  most of the employees are rude, even to the point of being abrasive. The security system is in disrepair - the pass code to enter the facility has never worked which means getting someone out of front office to let you in AFTER you call and complain. Worse yet, when asking a question you’ll likely get a “word salad” answer rather than a concise reply. Replies like “ can’t you read the sign on the door” of course, there was NO sign and references to “inside baseball” terms like “new building” How am I supposed to know which of the 8 buildings are “new”?. In closing, if you are into rough treatment and general incompetence this clown academy should fit you to a tee….
