This was our first KOA and it was great! Staff was super friendly. Bathrooms recently updated and clean. Laundry machines worked great. Dog park a nice size for fetch and running off energy after a long drive. We were in spot 5 I think by the water, nice and level. All the water spots are nice, but 10 looked the best if you can get it, to have your “porch” facing the water.
We were traveling & had a young grandson with us & he got car sick coming through glenwood canyon, we pulled in at the KOA, take a break try to find something to help his tummy! Thank you to your guests staying there for giving us meds & aid & even gettimg us the code so he could use the bathroom! We will have to come back & camp! Looks like a beautiful, well maintained, clean campground! Thank you All!
Friendly staff, great facilities, and a great location. The RV spaces are well set up and the shower facilities are top notch. I would stay here again if we are in the area.Service: 5/5
Great Koa in a great location. We rented cabin #6 for the week, which was right on the Crystal River, and it had everything we needed to live comfortably while on vacation. The grounds are very well maintained, and theres plenty of activities to keep your family busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
I have never camped at a RV site before and this was a great experience. Coming from a National Forest campground for 3 days it was great to take a shower and yet still relax at a semi-secluded ten site on the river.
We really enjoyed our stay in a cabin on the river at this KOA. We hated to leave when the week was over. Cabin was spotless and well outfitted, the staff are friendly and accommodating.Rooms: 5/5
If you love hearing dogs bark all day and management not doing anything to stop it. Well, you’ve found your next favorite place. If you’re like most people and find this worse than nails on a chalkboard. You’ll want to stay far away from this place. Our stay was ruined because of managements inability to manage!
Beautiful campground on river with lots of space. Nice office and rec room. Good pull through TV sites and clean bathrooms.Rooms: 5/5
