The CSAMP Undergraduate Research Program is specifically for STEM students, & it allows them to work on diverse,cutting-edge research with Faculty.
Our CSAMP Undergraduate Research Program is made up of 2 National Science Foundation grants: the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation and the Broadening Participation in Computing grant. Our students work on many different types of STEM research & earn monthly stipends while doing so. They have the opportunity to attend several different STEM conferences, where they are able to present their research and meet with Graduate School representatives from many Universities.
Our mission is to connect our students with Faculty mentors at TAMUCC and have them work on exceptional STEM research, while encouraging them to continue STEM research in Graduate School.
