Contemporary art in an historic setting.
A landmark building on the National Register of Historic Places, CSPS Hall is known today as Eastern Iowa's center for contemporary art, music and theatre. Following an epic flood in 2008, the building underwent a $7-million makeover, re-opening in time for Labor Day 2011. The renovated structure today houses three galleries, two theatres, a conference room, a classroom, and an arts incubator, all under the management of the award-winning nonprofit, Legion Arts. Ground floor tenants include Next Page Books, New Bo Mercantile, and Delve Studio DIY.
