Honey honey I totally love this place especially for my meats yessss lord. Their seafood selection is top tier you can pick your own food and everything. The quality and quantity is amazing here. I highly recommend this place
The big Asian market in Atlanta, they have most produce for Asian and Hispanic. Fresh vegetables and cans and most you need. I think leadership need retraining some cashiers, some Mexican ladies very rude and rough. They living in America But treat like in Mexico.
There’s always piles and piles of fruits and vegetables! They often have big sales to clear this massive produce inventory. The quality can be hit-or-miss. A lot of Chinese shoppers travel between Dinho Market, H-Mart, and this City Farmers Market because of their differing specialties. Try to avoid coming to these markets on Sundays cuz that’s when the Asian moms does their weekly grocery shopping . City Farmers Market - carries predominantly Vietnamese and Thai products on their shelves, but there are also a large section of Hispanic products since this market is within walking distance of a large Hispanic populated residential area. I get most of my produce like Aloe Vera and lemons from here. Dinho Market - carries predominately Chinese products specifically tea and traditional medicine. It’s for this reason that Dinho could withstand the competition from the other two massive markets and managed to outlive 99 Ranch Market and Asian Supermarket. Their produce section is the cheapest but not very fresh. The only produce I ever buy from here is garlic since it’s so dirt cheap like $2/lb which ends up being a few cents since garlic is so lightweight H-mart - carries predominantly Korean products it also carries a lot of Japanese products. It also tends to have higher end goods like lobster. The kitchenware and home goods here are generally better quality than the other two stores. The produce here is usually more expensive than the other two, though. Hoa Binh Market - carries Vietnamese, Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, and Chinese products. My family used to shop here before H-Mart and City Farmers Market appeared. Dinho has a better selection of Chinese products and now City carries an even bigger selection of Vietnamese/Thai products. They have a small BBQ food place inside which may have helped the store survived this long but that might change now that Best BBQ has recently opened at City Farmers Market. Update: They expanded their seasoning/spices section and added several racks for them. This store now carries the most variety for curry. I do get the impression that Hoa Binh is more selective in the brands they carry since City, which often carries the cheapest brands, can very hit-or-miss
Update: A year later and just went for the same thing, and service still great. Oscar was still there and just as helpful. Had to purchase quite a few items for work and was looking foe cases. Oscar and his associates were extremely helpful in helping us find them, checkout and load the suv.
The price here is probably one of the best. Good varieties, especially Mexican foods. The quality depends on what you pick, so you better know how to pick good produces. Organic section is very limited, however. There is a Vietnamese restaurant I went for lunch before shopping as well. See the picture. Decent price for a big bowl of food.
Wife & I did a little shopping since we were in Atlanta. It was a very nice Asian grocery store with, I believe, a Korean style store. I got some ribs from the store deli, yum. My wife got some bakery products the she said were good. Next time in Atlanta, we will be back and something new again.
I wish I discovered this place sooner. It's magical. So many types of food, fresh fish, and fresh produce. The prices were *chefs kiss* Large selection of items.
Everything is delicious and cheap so I save a lot of money
Definitely going back to not only buy more stuff, but also explore all they have to offer. Many varieties of meat and produce and good deals on fruits and veggies.
If in the area, stop by. Nice selections of everything but dont go out your way to visit. It is what it is...
