Connecticut Mediation and Arbitration Services, LLC was founded to provide individuals and businesses non-adversarial methods to resolve their conflicts. Mediation is a negotiation process in which the disputing parties are assisted by a neutral third-party—a mediator. Our mediators are trained to facilitate discussions and allow the parties to work out their own solution to the problem. If the mediation process fails to bring about a settlement or if the conflict would not initially benefit from mediation, we further offer an arbitration process, which a neutral third party will hear both sides and render a legally binding decision.
Our aim is to bring people together and find amicable resolutions, without the stress and expense of litigation.
