The hours of 9am to 6pm apply to the location in Coconut grove Plaza every day except Sunday. We are open daily at the Mall at Marathon from 10am to 8pm and 9pm on Saturdays.

Clean & tidy environment. Great customer service. Prices were reasonable. Took a friend here to get her phone repaired & it was ready for pickup the same day. Hand sanitizer was located at the door & face masks were required. Will definitely visit again.

I have a S8 plus phone which needed repair, my screen cracked and then the phone stop working. I got a few quotes and almost went to purchase a new S9 , but before I decided to try C.T.I in the mall. The staff was very helpful and told me I could collect it the next day. I was baffled because all the other stores that repair phones didn't have the parts and told me I would have to wait 3 weeks. I got my S8 plus the next day as promised, and they encouraged me to get a screen protector, which I did. The service is the best on the island and they have everything you could want electronically . I highly recommend C.T.I Cellular and they will be the only company I deal with for all my electronic needs !!!
