I saw a customer comments below and thought we might be talking about the same person. There is one old lady here, who is unwelcoming, and borderline rude. A nice lady sitting in the position of customer service and a boy later on tried to help me but could not make it work. Then they called this old lady for help maybe she is the supervisor. I saw she was rude to her peers which made me fell bad. She then was so inpatient and jelled at me when I asked if they could do something for me to prevent this same kind inconvenience when shopping in the store in the future. She might be too tired but the customer dose not deserve her rudeness. It's a very bad experience shopping in this store.

Bad experience.  Shopped Eden Prairie Cub instead of EP Lunds tonight. Big Mistake.  Shelves well stocked.. But,  No help in deli or hot food, people there, but no help...  Brought cart to  front only 1 register open, line too long.  Tried self check out, kept stopping because I was bagging too fast.  No self check out problems at Walmart stores just CUB.  Cub thinks all customers are stealing. Asked to clear error.  Woman was rude..  Prices high. For the money prefer Lunds, real cashiers and baggars.   Walmart for everyday items, about 40% less on many items. Occasionally shop Cub Chanhassen, no problems prices on higher side but store good.  Rating would be higher if they had friendly employees.

I'm writing about the pharmacy. If you can try to go somewhere else. The lead pharmacist doesn't even bother with customers. She acts like she doesn't see anything but her computer screen. The poor assistant is running around and working alone, so if there are people in front of you you'll end up waiting for a long time. But she is super helpful, so all stars are hers!

This lady had me wait in line and when she finally finished with the sweet old lady infront of me; she told me She can’t do a money order for me. “Service center is closed; its time for my break.”  I hope corporate understands that this is not fair and I feel as if i was being racially profiled. Helped 3 people before me then decided to close when it was my turn.

There is one old lady heredon’t know if she is a manager or supervisorwho is unwelcoming, unhelpful and borderline rude. She does not let you finish say what you want to say. I had experience this twice with the same person. I just hope she is not too tired to be little emphatetic.

Worst Cub Foods I have EVER been too!!! For at least two fricken months they've been 'remodeling'! Every single time I come to this stupid store the exact section which has the ONE SINGLE item I came here at all for is completely cleaned off and empty, being 'remodeled', different section every time, always the exact section where the one item I want should be! This is at least the fourth or fifth time and this does it! I am never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever going to waste my time coming to this stupid location again, NEVER!!!!!!!!!

I came to register 5 and the cashiers name was Harley, she was very fast and fun to talk to. Very nice to me. She asked how my day was and she was very enthusiastic. She made my day better, I appreciate her very much and her work. She deserves a raise. The costumer after me was also happy with her and they were talking and laughing. Harley thank you so much.
