Today I went shopping at Cubs for ingredients to make Alfredo. I was having trouble finding heavy whipping cream and Tyler asked if me I was finding everything okay and I told him I was looking for a container of heavy whipping cream in the cubs brand. Tyler stopped what he was doing to PERSONALLY go look in the back for me. I am so grateful for Tyler! Thank you! One of Cub Foods BEST employees. :
Selling expired food I didn’t notice until I got home and felt how hard the meat and cheese was. Otherwise good store
The guy on checkout today was awesome. I didn't have a rewards card and he held my order while I went to customer service to sign up. The woman there was worthless - she handed me a flyer and told me to download the App. I couldn't find the App, so I went to the manager. The checkout guy came with me. The manager was more worthless than customer service. She literally told me I could not get sale prices without the App. I left frustrated and went to the Woodbury Cub, where the manager told me the App was down and helped me get what I needed.
Always easy to get in and out glad they have the products I'm looking for before I go home even compared to others like stores and the staff are always friendly when I have to stand in line
All worthless. Rude. Check out girl. Self service girl. When u need help there all rude! Bad attitude. Especially self service gal.
The lot was strewn with litter most of it was magazine cub ads Some self checkouts were broken and there was no worker attending them/nearby 2 stars instead of one because they had what I wanted 2 stars instead of 5 because even though the building was newly remodeled, it was poorly designed and NOT clean at all
This is a Great place to order and pick up grocery they are very accommodating, polite and quick I've done this a couple of times they've communicated with me to make sure I was of any replacements and they have even put a treat and thank you note with my order
Not from the area, passing through and stopped at cub. Realized I was double charged for an item once arriving home. So yeah, essentially paid $24 for a case of Pepsi! Cub, step up to the plate and refund me! I live 2hrs away and rarely go to the twin cities.
I decided not to go here anymore because of how much trash there is everywhere. I just saw an employee throw trash on the ground while gathering carts. There's literally a pile of trash all along the east fence.
I have had consistently awesome experiences with this Cub. The meat and produce are always fresh and the store is SUPER clean and looks really nice compared to their competitors.
