It's really something magical when you are able to feel satisfied with spending your time energy money in a place that values and makes you feel appreciated. I don't care if I have 4 quarters in my pocket or 4 million dollars, this cashier made my entire experience and I would love to say thank you truly your kindness and genuine lighthearted nature really validates my decision to leave the dollar store and spend my money at cub, because I brought my own cart apparently that is against their rules, however im thankful for the opportunity to choose beyond price range where i feel welcomed not like an interrogation suspect, cub usually lets me shop in peace however this experience was above and beyond thank u
Staff members are nice. Especially, at the meat department, there are kind staff who are polite and friendly. My husband and I had Neil to assist us when we bought salmon a few days ago. He was a very nice young man. Thanks Neil
I continue to be grateful for Cub Midway's online ordering and delivery service. I can't get out and shop for myself now, and they always take really good care of my orders! The personal shoppers are great, and Ann, one of the managers of the E-Commerce department, makes sure every customer is totally satisfied--she works really hard! Chris also is very supportive! Thanks and kudos to you all!
I'll try not to go on to much. I've been shopping at Cub foods on and off for over 20+ plus years, at one point I worked there. Lately though the service has gotten flat out terrible! Recently I needed meds and I fill there, to be remedied very soon. The pharmacy is the most dangerous place in the building. They never answer the phone, they don't tell you if they have the medications in stock, only after they send them to another store.No text notifications like they advertise, constantly getting accounts mixed up. OMG I am on a number of med and I absolutely need them. Please avoid this pharmacy if you value your health even a little. I know it's harder out here in the wide world but come on!!! I always make the effort to be a understanding customer I just think someone has dropped the ball and customers will pay badly. Do better Cub pharmacy this is life
I love this CUB!!! The store is clean, the service is excellent! Great selection and variety of foods. TCF Bank is located inside. Love that. Very convenient and good parking.
Lots of panhandlers so safety is a concern. Was followed from my car, into the store, and back out in the parking lot again. The guy wanted chips and drinks so I bought him some so he’d leave me alone. After I already paid for his items, he kept asking for money. Luckily some of the employees and firefighters standing outside took notice and he eventually left me alone. I’m probably never coming back here though
There’s a new surveillance installment in the parking lot that announces that you are being recorded for your own safety. Makes me feel very UNSAFE. I go here often and won’t be until it’s gone.
This store is garbage and smelly and dirty waited in line to return something that smell horrible 30 minutes in line with one cashier. Every experience here is horrendous I will never go back too bad I live close nasty store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you close at 11:30 or 12? Hours say 12, but “security guards” saying 11:30. It’s frustrating for someone who works into the night and doesn’t drive. If me, or anyone else show up during business hours there’s no reason we should have the door locked in my face and yelled at to leave. 2 stars because you’re the only grocery 2 within a mile and a half
Might as well close this place down. Every time you come the cops are here and the doors are always locked. You can't even shop here. Been going on for weeks.
