Waitress was a jewel, hamburgers were so overcooked they were actually crispy... unlike the fries. This place never offers to refill my water when I visit but they use styrofoam cups so it is not easy to see I am on empty. I was surprised the senior cheeseburger came with about a tablespoon of watery chili. I could have done without that. Unlikely to return.

I usually like going to the one on Arlington, but I will not be returning anytime soon. I love their cheese steak subs but this one looked different when the waiter brought it to my table. As I started combing through it with my fork I found hair....just like hair was on the side of my cup. Disgusting people please start checking your food before devouring your meal J/S!!!!

Came here for the first time and ordered breakfast. My parents were visiting and we were looking to try something different. It's small but the wait staff was friendly and the food tasted good for a good price. We will definitely go again.

NEVER going here again...my good was ready by the time I got there, but I couldn't get it paid for for fifteen minutes because someone was on the phone. Then, my order of macaroni was legitimately the contents of a Krafts cup of Mac and Cheese. A cup of Mac and cheese, a dried out burger and a drink that I could have gotten from the freezer isle in the store for $4 ran me almost $10. Thats insane. Maybe if they start making their own Mac at least, I MIGHT give it a thought, but that's crazy. I've worked a hot grill line before and know it's not easy, but you have time to make actual Mac and cheese.

Very slow service. Order was wrong x3. The order taker was not very knowledgeable about the restaurant and kept messing the order up. This place was recommended by 2 different people who came in on different shifts so I'm thinking we came in at the wrong time. Not sure if I would come back, if I were in town though

I had hamburger steak with onions and mushrooms it was soo good. If you looking for a fancy place this is not it. But the good is very good Nd the Hamburg. Are fresh mane every morning

The waitress was very quick and extremely sweet! !! The chicken salad is out of this world!! The bacon cheese fries are fresh! No artificial bacon !!! Delicious! !!!!

This cubbies food is horrible, they shouldn't even be part of the chain. They offer cheesefries but they all they do is melt cheese slices on them!?!? Really!?! I'm going to do this pros and cons style: pros: burgers were decent, prices fair. Cons: burgers were small, fries tasted old and freezer burnt, ordered cheese fries instead of cheese sauce like all cubbies do they melted two slices of cheese on them. The cook was unshaven and kept coughing over the grill without covering his mouth. The place had very poor ventilation and you could hardly breath in there and last of all it was just dirty and old... Me and my wife have ate at 95% of all cubbies and we really love the original cubbies, but this one is the worst! We will not eat there again and we recommend that you don't either... EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Incredible food and service!! The guy that owns it is kinda ill like myself and doesn't bother you while eating. Eat there daily!

It's absolutely horrible. I don't know why they're still in business other than the fact that the reputation from the good cubbies in Greenville confuses people into thinking this is the same place. They're not even playing the same sport.
