Staff was very helpful when we rented and fully explained unit/ payment/ hours. It was clean when we moved in and even though our unit was not climate controlled we had no issues with dampness. Hours that it was accessible were perfect for us.
Walked in at the Cranford location only to realize I had reserved in Linden. Not a problem. Willy, my rep, secured the same accommodations and notified Linden of the change. All accomplished quickly and easily.
Signed up and paid for unit 12-11-2022, the hours are listed wrong on your site. Went to enter my unit at 4 o’clock when it was listed that you were open till six now all my belongings had to stay in my vehicle all night yesterday and all day today because you’re closed which means I pay for a rental vehicle for two extra days very unprofessional on your end
Both Willie and Tim were extremely helpful, professional, & very friendly. I will recommend friends & family to this location
The manager was a pleasure to work with. He made everything stress free and easy.
The usage of the storage was very easy, all the instructions were vey clear, all went very well. I want to highlight the professionnalism of the Cranford office... Great experience
The staff, especially the facility manager are friendly, helpful, and genuinely good people. The ease of renting and checking out made our move a lot easier. We needed 3 units at different times, all were prepped and ready in under an hour. The grounds are kept clean and maintenance of the facility is well done.
Staff was very polite and knowledgeable
I was met at that door, by the kind and professional staff member. I sat down and was given all the directions I needed to handle my space. I was escorted to my unit and was shown how and what to do using a lift. All of the safety issues to be taken seriously! I was shown how to lock and unlock unit, that was immaculately kept! I found the entire place to be this way! Im so happy I chose this place that was 5 minutes away! Many Thanks on a job well done, Mr Willie Harris.
The staff at the Cranford location are ever accommodating, helpful, and personable. I have had a unit at this location for almost two years and it has been a super pleasant experience. Sandy, Willie, and Tim are just superb people. Most recently, Sandy phoned me up because she had a better suggestion for me regarding my storage unit. I got a better location, larger unit at LOWER rate. Love, love, LOVE you, Sandy!
