From the first phone inquiry I made to signing the rental agreement, it has been an easy, hassle free experience. The representative that helped me at he facility on Hamburg Tpke in Wayne, Renee, was so friendly and knowledgeable. Rent went too high and I couldn't afford it any longer
Clean, convenient facility. Office staff very nice and competent. I was not told before going in to sign the papers that the discounted rate was temporary, so I hope I don’t need it after 6 months. The latch was hard to use but I imagine it will get easier over time. Thank you for being available at short notice.
The store manager, Rich, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been nothing but accommodating, understanding and helpful throughout the many changes I've had to made with my unit switching to a larger size as well as changing my reservation dates multiple times I highly recommend utilizing this location for the simple fact that Rich offers amazing customer service! Wonderful experience! The manager Rich and staff are absolutely terrific, caring and thoughtful. Super helpful and flexible in figuring out the best space for my needs. Best prices and service in the New Jersey area. So good I came out from Manhattan to store my things. One of my co-workers recommended them and I highly recommend!
Stay away from cubesmart in Wayne. This place has poor customer service and one incident showed it all. A few months ago I was contacted by the office manager that they were going to pave the lot and asked for my trailer to be moved as I was paying for the parking spot. I was paying $224 a month. I was asked to take out the trailer for the day while they paved the lot and that I could take it 30 minutes away for the day. I asked if I would be credited for the day or two that I would have to arrange to take out the trailer and get it back there. I was stunned and couldn’t believe how they would not credit $7. The manager was arrogant and wouldn’t budge. Yesterday, I decided to take my trailer to another storage place. My bill was due on Sunday so I went by Monday to close it out. The manager wanted to charge $24 for a prorated insurance. The insurance is $24 a month. He stated that it was a prorated amount and when I explained that it was 1 day he said that was how the company does it.I was there for 30 minutes for them to figure out how to prorate the proper fee of $6. Again, it wasn’t the &6 or $7 because I’m blessed to be where I am today but I refuse to get ripped off for any amount, especially bad customer service.
What a great experience! This is my first time getting my own storage unit, and I went in questioning the size I would need. The courtesy call happened within minutes of my online reservation. Upon my arrival, Rich was kind enough to show me two units which ultimately showed me I would have chosen too small of a size. He was so friendly and ready to answer all of my questions. I am very happy I chose this CubeSmart! Many thanks for making this an easy task among my long list of pending tasks during my move.
WONDERFUL SERVICE! I stopped by after work today to open a new unit. I spoke to Maria on the phone to ask her to hold a unit I found on line at a great rate. She was fantastic, and guaranteed me the price! When I came to the office, she remembered me from our phone conversation, and set everything up for me. Maria and the staff were kind, caring, and totally focused on customer service! The pricing beats most competitors, and the facilities are modern and clean. HIGHLY Recommend-- THANK YOU MARIA! =
