I was able to check in after closing hours using the code that I got online. Could not use the app due to Apple/ iPhone requirement. I will lose my outdoor parking in about a month so I have to shop around for another spot.

It's ok, but it's old. I moved my stuff here from another company and there is so much more moisture getting into my unit. Most likely going to move again in the spring

I have rented storages from here a couple times. Decent prices. They seem to always be running specials. They have cameras on the premises and each person gets a different key code.

The property manager is truly there to help at a high level. I had an issue with my unit door and she was proactive! She came out an resolves the issue and put in a work order for it to be fixed moving forward. Great customer service and I appreciate her can do attitude.

Excellent customer service. Lady at the desk was really nice, would recommend for anyone that needs to store stuff in a hurry

This place grounds needs to cleaned. I complained to the district manager but that fell on deaf ears. Their prices just jumped up $50. This economy is bad and charging $50 is way too much. I can see $20 or $30 buy $50 is too much for a place that does not keep up with the cleanings and no one is never in the office. Just horrible!!

dont use this storage, one week ago somebody stole my truck from the parking area! the main gate was open for 2 days. please dont use this storage! when I tried to told with the manager she only scream me and said: you have to report to the police. after that anybody ask me for nothing. The costumer service is terrible and also the manager. They are refusing pay me for my loss.

Extremely professional operation. The staff is phenomenal and very friendly and helpful.  Mike made everything extremely easy and went over everything clearly and concisely.  It is obvious that Mike and Marsha care about the clients and the location.  I wouldn't want to rent a storage unit from anywhere else.
