my fiance and I came here to get some things from the unit. He called them and reserved the van 2 days in advance. Reservation for 1130 am. issue #1 : Didn't get the van until 1:50pm. Why? Because the worker was somewhat new. He had to call his manager, Johnathan for help. Took him 1.5 hours to finish everything. First he didn't see the reservation. Then he did. Then he didn't know how to input information. Speaking of information Issue #2 they never said what to bring in on the phone. Or that they needed $100 cash not card deposit, or that you need to bring your insurance bc they offer none. Also when you put gas in you need the receipt even if it is full or they will charge you $25 extra dollars. there is one more thing but I'll mention it lower However good thing I already had everything on the list and an ATM down the street or the day would have been wasted. Before leaving the manager spoke to us over the phone and said make sure you bring the car back without any extra dents. He mentioned one on the left side which wasn't there . I let him know that he also had a gash above the tire in the paint. I ALSO HAD PHOTOS before even taking the van. I suggest you take photos as well if you still purchase here. On our end I was so annoyed with the service that I had my fiance take the rest of the stuff out of his unit close his account and now he is renting the same 7x5 size at another facility called snap box for $129 a month and longer facility hours. Cube smart was charging $215‍
The ease of the whole process from renting the space to the final moving my belonging. The free truck and driver made easier for me and my family. Thank you!
It’s very clean & ventilated. I’ve never seen any pests. Some items that had the potential of drying out were perfectly fine.

Customer service is awesome! they make sure to explain everything specially when you are a new customer. Friendly people and quick service.
I walked all over the building to get a cart so I could carry my stuff and I couldn't find one. I had to carry my stuff myself. Then my storage was with another lock when I had already paid 3 days ago. The next time I come to the storage to pick up things for the summer, rest assured that I will take everything to change storage with another company. "Thank you for your good service", ;]
Great experience with the staff. just wish their hours of operation were longer.
Every time I come to this facility, everyone is professional, nice and knowledgeable about servicing and renting units here.
My fiancee and I had the pleasure working with Selina Dominguez. She was warm, friendly, kind and very helpful. She explained everything to us in detail and was never rude. She was able to help us out with everything and we are so happy we chose CubeSmart. Great customer service. Everything was clean and organized there.
