Destiny what can I say !!! she was kind nice and understanding to my financial situation she even called and emailed on multiple occasions to make sure I knew what was going on with my items. I was impressed that she went the extra mile speaking with her command staff to help me out. I do recommend that you come here and speak with her to make a reservation. Others did the minimum but I am thankful as my storage items had sentimental value . She made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered thank you again !!! Lastly the payment process was simple and easy !

CubeSmart Associate Destiny was very helpful in assisting me with a storage unit. She is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend seeing her for your storage needs.
Place is nice and clean. Decent storage place. Only problem is the front automatic door entrance has been broken for over 3 years. You can only enter from one automatic door or a side door adjacent to it.
Destiny and Jessie are amazing! Great customer service. Professional and welcoming at all times. Very attentive to detail and well-informed about Cube Smart services and promotions.
My first contact over the phone was with Stephen at your Kensico/White Plains location and then with Destiny at the same location. They could not have been more helpful, informative and patient. They answered all of my questions, explained the full process and Destiny walked me to my unit so I would not get lost! Very well managed and great crew at the store Number 563. There was also another young man there who was very helpful as well, but unfortunately, I did not get his name. They all work very well together, knew the system and their jobs very well and were professional throughout the entire process! They are a very good working team and assist each other to be sure each customer gets the best experience possible.
Destiny was an absolute delight on the phone and in person, very understanding and kind. Jesse was the same and went completely above and beyond to help me! I was there 15 minutes before they closed and the unit I had reserved wasn't enough space, so he showed me another one immediately! They helped me in little to no time and I know that's because of how efficient they are! Communicated every vital policy detail and were very clear with me on the dos and don'ts. I've rented here before, but only came back due to urgent need! Now, if I ever come back again, it'll be for the phenomenal service I received from Jesse and Destiny. Staff is excellent....friendly and accommodating. Informative. Reasonably priced. The storage units....can probably use some work though.
