The absolute best customer service or any storage unit location in South Florida. Always clean and everyone is always willing to help. They go above and beyond for there customers and always do it with a smile. I highly recommend this location for all storage needs. It’s air conditioned, clean, and well lit. Move out and move in was seamless. They have set the standard for what Storage Unit customer service should look like!
CubeSmart self storage in Weston is an excellent option for anyone in need of extra storage space. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and secure, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The General Manager, Jacqueline Gonzalez, is a true asset to the company. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help customers with whatever they need, and she has a great attitude and work ethic. Was just looking around for a storage..to transfer my stuff from another storage and had no intentions on making a decision today however, once I met Jaqueline I knew this was the place for me, for my stuff rather. To some it might not be important who manages the storage, for me it is important since this is one of the reasons I’m changing storage. Management at my current storage can care less about the condition of the place and what goes on. The place is dirty, half the time the air conditioner is off and is very hot, they are rude and don’t care if anyone takes residence in their storage. Jaqueline was a breath of fresh air with excellent customer service which is very hard to find anywhere nowadays, funny and pleasant, she truly cares about her customers and it’s amazing at what she does and I am happy my boyfriend took me there. Cubesmart at Weston should be so proud to have her in their team and I hope they value her as the great asset she truly is.
Terrible place to rent. If you reserve they will CANCEL it and then make up a lie as to the reason why. Jackie is extremely rude and arrogant as if she owns the place telling me to “rent somewhere else” then hanging up on me. I will be reporting this to corporate. As a navy veteran trying to store my stuff this is ridiculous.
Thank you for such a positive experience the past 3 years. Jacqueline and the staff were always there to help. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Cube Smart. Jacqueline was such a pleasure and patient answering my questions. She actually made me feel like family. Thank you and I highly recommend Cube Smart for a safe, clean and professional environment for all your storage needs.
My wife and I rented a space at the Cube Smart in Weston and the Manager, Erin Andrews, was very pleasant and professional while waiting on us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all details regarding the rental process.

Great location, cleanliness and costumer service is priority for them. Jackie did a great job moving us in. Will definitely recommend.
