Store managers are extremely friendly and helpful. However the parking lot storage area needs some upkeep, new gravel needs put down so trailer tires aren’t sitting in mud. Also rv and camper owners seem to have been dumping sewage or dirty water as it smelled awful especially after rain. If the parking lot is maintained we would be happy to return. I’m sure storage units are great, however I have no experience with that part

Kept our truck nice and safe. Great experience overall. Tara and the woman with the glasses which I can’t remember the name of!! Are absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be back for any storage/parking needs. Thanks guys!!

My experience was wonderful thanks to the employees/site manager who helped me. The only reason I moved out of my storage unit was because I could not afford the cost after the most recent price increase.

Convenience, great security, very fair price to park our RV.  The manager is great!   Tara is on site and very responsive and available and that is not the case at many storage businesses.  Both Tara and Carolyn in the office are great to work with and we are very glad we found this place.

Tara & Carolyn are delightful, competent, and efficient. My company has several Cubes across the country, and all of the managers are fantastic. These two ladies stand above all of them in my book. It's an absolute pleasure doing business with you in Knoxville because of them. Great hires, CubeSmart! Take care of them.

Price was competitive. Staff was very nice and helpful. Unit was very clean. Security was very good.

I found this CubeSmart location by driving by. The office personnel had a 10’x10’ that I could make work, but I mentioned I really needed a 10’x20’. They said they had one coming available, but it would need a thorough cleaning. They showed me a pic of the unit. I said I’d take it. About an hour and a half later they had it ready. I was very satisfied with the service that I received, and how quickly everything progressed. The pricing was very reasonable in my opinion. 5 Stars for the office personnel and their attention to customer satisfaction!  Best Regards, Safety Steve. Stay Healthy, Wealthy and Wise!

My problem wasn't with cubesmart. It my insurance company. Cubesmart staff very pleasant and worked with me to resolve this issue. Much thanks to Cubesmart staff. Oufta!!!
