I'm very disappointed in the service today despite having good reviews. I was confirmed for my move-in day 2 days prior and the associate was very kind and did mention she wouldn't be there the day I arrived. I arrived this morning in my rented truck and saw the sign on the door that they would be open during usual business hours today, however, everything looked dark with nobody inside. After giving the office benefit of the doubt that they had stepped away temporarily, I patiently waited. After 20 minutes or so I called customer service and they attempted twice to reach the facility with no answer I also left a voice message as well. Since I purposely waited to sign my documents in-person, I had to do it on my phone. It then gave me the access code but didn't work. So again, I had to call customer service to troubleshoot the problem and I found out the manager was sick and called out without a replacement. She said there was an issue with the gate code and was on the phone with the company to fix that so I stayed on the line and waited. Eventually, after more than an hour since I arrived, I got in through the gate and lost signal when I got up to my designated unit. I once again had to call customer service because the unit I was assigned did not have a lock/keypad. Since there is no service in the unit, luckily I had someone with me who went up and down to check which units actually had the green lock/keypad for them to check if it was the correct size and vacancy. Finally, after searching and lots of back and forths, a unit was open and I was able to get in, however, there was no light source that worked so moving in the dark was just the cherry on top. Overall, very terrible experience in many ways from beginning to end and extremely unprofessional not having accountability for your business leaving customers to figure things out on their own. Major props to Miguel A. for helping me through this whole miserable experience.
Cube smart is an amazing place to place you’re storage. Very clean presentable and kind and caring about customers. Saral was absolutely a helpful associate and explained everything in detail on how the place runs and for anyone looking a good cheap storage it’s definitely worth it here at cubsmart
I love using CubeSmart for storage! They are very customer service oriented and always try to make the process as easy as possible.
I had a problem with reseving a unit. They resolved it quickly. Very satisfied with the customer service.
If you're looking for long-term storage, be warned: your rent will be subject to significant routine increases. Since signing up a year and a half ago, my rent has gone up about 50% from ~$50 to ~$75. One tip: they require you to purchase insurance for your unit and will be happy to tack that on to your rent. But you can decline their insurance and find much cheaper third party options online. The staff has been great, but clearly Cubesmart's business model is to lure people in with low initial prices and then jack up the rent, assuming that most people won't want to spend the time/energy/money to relocate.

Hands down one of the most seamless and easiest storage experience I've ever had. The manager Jose and his counter part Tim are fantastic. They were both super accommodating and sweet. The facility was very clean and extremely well maintained. Also there prices were the best I found in the area! Would recommend 10 out of 10!
Overall experience was excellent, even during this pandemic. Julie was extremely helpful in finding me the best storage unit to fit my needs and making my short term stay more than satisfying. Would definitely choose this location again if need be! I also found it a plus how close this is to route 10.
Tim and his staff could not have been more helpful, attentive, or compassionate to me as I had to deal with the removal of my deceased family member's stored belongings in a large unit. The facility was immaculate - I joked you could "eat off the floor" it was so clean. Their professionalism made my stressful and challenging task much easier and productive. On my final visit with a team of friends to assist hauling the last loads away the staff assisted in providing us with help that made the visit fly by and pleasant for all on site. I will definitely recommend this facility to others in the future as I know my friends will too as they were impressed greatly by the service and facility.
I worked with both Jill and Tim to set up my reservation and then to fill our the paperwork. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had a great experience and found the rates to be very fair. Highly recommend!
