Whether you require commercialization of a signature recipe or want to improve the quality of your current mass-produced soups, Cuizina's use of steam-jacketed kettles and small batch sizes ensures quality and control from order to order. We offer expertise in line extension, recipe expansion and concept development, adding the value and efficiency of our production environment.
Flash freezing completes the process, locking in the flavors of home-made. Packed in boilable pouches from 4 to 64 ounces, or retail ready tubs from 4 to 32 ounces.

Cuizina sauces range from traditional Italian to the latest fusion cuisine. As with Cuizina pastas, our sauces are made with all natural ingredients, without the use of extenders. Fresh ingredients are used whenever possible. Since we freeze our sauces, we do not use chemicals or preservatives.
Flavors are only limited by your imagination with applications on pasta, chicken, seafood, pork, beef, eggs or complete entrees. Sauces are available in bulk, pouches or tubs. Packs range from 2 ounces to 30 pounds.

For example, tomato crops change from year to year, a complete product comparison is required before each year's production and a contract is signed for the coming year.
