I was told ac was not fixable and my cousin recommended I get a second opinion from them. Yes he fixed for a third of the cost quoted for total replacement. Blows so cold had to turn it down. Great work and so very nice

Our RV broke down on the second day of driving from Dallas to Miami. It spun a rod bearing and needed a new engine. The first mechanic we went to told us it would take a month to install a new engine, and tried to sell us an engine that came with no warranty. So we took it to Ricky Culp's. Ricky gave us an estimate of two weeks and offered us a remanufactured engine with an excellent national warranty. He had us back on the road in thirteen days. That was almost a month ago. Now we have better gas mileage and the engine purrs like a kitten! Ricky let us visit the shop every day to see the progress, and he taught us a lot about the engine along the way. What a mechanic! Ricky Culp and his team are the best mechanics I've met. They saved our trip!
My AC went out during a move from Louisiana to Virginia. Was towing a UHaul trailer & had 2 kittens & 2 dogs in the Acadia. It was 102 degrees in the shade. I pulled into this shop & left an hour later with AC blowing ice cold air. I can't thank these folks enough for immediately fixing my issue, great price & honest. Thank you on behalf of my fur babies who had a cool journey all the way home.
Charged me almost $600 to change spark plugs, air filter and spray something somewhere and still didn't fix what was wrong. Told me to take it elsewhere. What a joke!! I DO NOT recommend!!!
Terrible customer service .Terrible auto shop charged 130 dollars to put it on the machine test autozone does. they are poor service
Got my engine replaced n the transmission wasnt bolted back right in place the oil pan plug wasnt on all the way my front fender wasnt put back on properly my valve to engine was broke n taped back on.
Very friendly and didn't cost an arm and a leg. I had my car towed in, and they had me back on the road is a couple of hours.
If you ever need a fair and honest mechanic reasonable rates, this is the place to go.
