Serene! Can laze around on the beach, rent jet skis or boats and have some fun on the lake! Not crowded at all on a Friday evening. Paid parking available all around but no directions to find restrooms. There's a water park near the entrance if you want to spend a full day here.
This lake is way more than beautiful with clean blue water. Best place for family picnic in summer. Large picnic area.It has a large space for parking also there are lots of cabins available but you need to book it online 2 months prior. Washroom available l. Beautiful scenery and calm place. Loved it
Great vacation spot but water is little cold for the little ones. You can rent a boat or a jet ski but these are little pricy too.
The water is pleasantly warm, making it an excellent spot to relax and float on a tube while enjoying the sun. However, parking at the main beach is expensive and crowded. A better alternative is Entrance Bay, which offers free parking. It's recommended to arrive before 10 AM to secure a spot. Keep in mind that Entrance Bay has a steeper slope, limiting how far you can wade out, but it's perfect for floating. Main beach is more suitable for families with small children due to the large park and spacious shallow area in the water.
Water was very warm, great place to float around in a tube and take in the sun. The parking is ridiculously priced at main beach and just as busy. Entrance bay is where it’s at. Free parking, but be there before 10 if you don’t want to fight for a spot. Entrance bay has a steep grade so you can’t wade out as far. But it’s great for floating. I would say main beach would be best for people with small children with the big park and big flat area in the water.
What a beautiful location!!! Plenty of room for large gatherings/families. Clean, sandy beaches. Lots of picnic tables and shaded areas. Plenty of parking. Stunning scenery. Local shops and amenities, huge theme park for children ? And adults. Great way to spend a day outdoors soaking up the sunshine!!
This place is nice for camping but they really need to start cleaning those washrooms and showers because that's one of the reasons we won't come back
Beautiful scenic area. With lots of parking facilities. And the washroom has a separate changing area where you can change behind the door. The picnic area was a little crowded though. But overall it was a great place to be.
Nice place, Nice beach had fun there.
Beautiful lake and provincial park, is often very busy and in the summer full to capacity. Great spot to kayak early in the morning or evenings as there is less boats on the water. There is also some wonderful restaurants in the area as well, and it’s a Great Lake for swimming.
