Vary cool burger and chicken tenders. The concrete was vary delicious and has great customization of toppings. The drive through is very slow which is not optimal but it is still good.Food: 5/5

Grabbed a late evening meal and it was great. My wife and I enjoyed the meal. The Atlantic Cod sandwich and the peanut butter mixer were both delicious. Parking: Parking was good.
I order curbside often and it’s usually great, but today I got a text saying my food would be ready by 12:12. I got there at that time and confirmed I was here. I then confirmed 3 more times over the next 20 minutes I was waiting. Other cars came and got their food through the drive through after I had already checked in. I tried calling the store, they answered but did not say anything and then hung up on me. Once I finally got my food, the worker who brought it to me did not say a word to me at all. I said hello but no response and no apology for the long wait.
Thank you million times to the best manager at Darien IL, thank you for being so so kind, understandable and professional! I won a prize from Culvers and yes, we are customers for a years! Love their food and thank you for everything! Wishing you the best!! Food: 5/5
Was in drive-through on July 18, 2023, at 8:00PM, and again, the worst experience with a rude girl on intercom. Yells too loud, too fast, impatient when you can't understand her. Then keeps yelling, "Drive Up!" when you've already told her there are vehicles in front of you and you can't move up. At the window, with a worse attitude, she wants more money than originally shown on the screen. Then gets mad when correcting her! Get rid of this angry, unprofessional girl and hire better!!! Other employees are bad in the drive-through, too, but this one is the very worst ever! Only problems I ever have at any Culver's are in the drive-through at this location in Darien, Illinois. And other Culver's give receipts and never ask for the wrong amount of money. This one never gives receipts and has asked for more money than the total a couple of times. On this visit, the unprofessional girl tried to get $2 extra. Pay attention when paying at this location! So why 3 stars? Indoor service and food are good. Just watch your change in the drive-through.
We stopped by Culver’s for some lunch. The chicken sandwich never disappoints it was crispy and the fries were fresh. We also got a chocolate milk shake for the road. The service was great and the food was good. Thanks Culver’s
I have always had great service here. Employees are nice. The big thing is the food is really good. Will I lie and say a butter burger is good for you? No but if you want to treat yourself and your family it’s a great place.I also recommend the dinners. Nice comfort food. If you have room the frozen custards are a must. I will also add that the service is relatively quick for the quality of what you get.
The customer service here is close to being the worst I've ever experienced at a fast food chain drive thru service. I should also mention that I've given this Culver's location multiple chances as everyone has bad days. However, every single time I've come to this location they: - mess up my order; - ask for my order at the drive thru speaker then interrupt me to take care of someone that is at the window then they ask me to start my order over; -when I've informed them that my order is wrong on the screen they give attitude for having to correct it; -they never give a receipt at the window and it's rare to get one even when your food is brought out.
Best burgers and shakes!!! They have a great menu!!! I plan to visit more often! Food is very fresh and friendly customer service!Food: 5/5
