Better than average fast food. Very good burgers, fish sandwich, typical sides and excellent frozen custard and shakes. Reasonably priced for the good quality. Nice clean comfortable seating as well. Much better than typical fast food restaurants.Food: 4/5

I ordered drive through at this Culver’s and they forgot an entire burger from the bag. I pulled over and went inside to get a new burger. I left after I got it and when I got home saw it wasn’t even the burger I ordered. Extremely disappointed and a waste of money. Eat somewhere elseFood: 1/5
We love Culver's but unfortunately this particular location was not to the standard of the other location in Shakopee. It needed some good scrubbing front door to the restaurant needs some cleaning, the table in the dining room was clean, restroom didn't have paper towels and the floor was not to Culver's standard and the food didn't taste as good. Sorry but this was our experience a few days ago.
Amazing service, super fast, the guys were very polite and well spoken. The food is delicious and visiting here has brought my mood from a 4 to a 9 out of 10. The restaurant was very clean, the music was just the right volume. Update: still 5 star service 2 years later. I frequently get food at this location and am always impressed.
Every time I've ordered a concrete mixer from this location, it's poorly mixed and the bottom 1/3rd is plain custard. I raised this issue to customer service and they told me they'd be training their staff to improve quality and consistency for this. A month later, I ordered a mixer and had the same issue. This has happened consistently at this location, but not other locations I visit like Bloomington. Disappointing to pay around $6 for a mixer and have 1/3rd of it be without mix-ins.
I LOVE Culver’s EP. Changed my life even. Met my wife there. Love the food love the ice cream. But god damn if that soda machine floor isn’t the stickiest floor in this here Midwest. My god is it sticky. Love the bacon doubles. That floor is a sticky one. 4.75 stars.
Not a fan of name requirements. Intrusive and not necessary. Too many creeps out there to be announcing names out loud. Certainly wouldn't let my daughters order there. Order taker was nice but inaccurate. Last time I will be using this Culver’s as I gave them a chance to correct this stupidity months ago. No longer kid friendly in my eyes.
I love the drive thru here! You just never know what you're going to witness. One time I saw a drunk guy crash into the person in front of him. Another time I saw a miserable old man chew out an employee for politely asking him to pull forward so that the drive thru could operate properly. Today, I had someone pull out of the line in front of me AFTER placing their order, which caused me to get the wrong order. And then another guy was getting out of his car berating the staff because I don't think he understood how the drive thru worked. But every step of the way, the staff smile and make it right. It's dinner and a show, and I can't wait to see what my future visits have in store for me. P.S. Culver's team members are people too.
I had crispy spicy chicken sandwich and I liked it..more than that the location and the view of the dining area is really pleasant. The lady who helped me place my order was sweet and the food got served to my table which was great!! Overall experience here was good i give 4 starts to this..... Visited again after two days for lunch and am right here while writing the review. Ordered chicken burger and it tastes really great and crispy and spicy. It’s just that the patty was kind of over heated and made it difficult to bite and eat. Thats the only thing i felt odd but it was delicious as always.
