Food was excellent, ordered a cheeseburger and fries which I had been craving. Everything was fresh and hot. The gal who took my order did ok, didn't make any suggestions or ask if I wanted anything else. The biggest issue is that I used the restroom and there were several ants in the bathroom. All in all, it was a good meal, and I would recommend for a quick lunch. Parking: Plenty of parking, including wheelchair accessible
Visited 9/12, my cashier Tania was great, I ordered a Pub Burger and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Tania rang up my order precisely. Food was delivered quickly and was fresh and tasty. Other service workers were warm, friendly, and take the time to go the extra mile. Positive vibes all around.Food: 5/5
For a fast food restaurant, this was very good. The kids' meal came with a coupon for a small ice cream. The meat was all very fresh, and the cheese curds were a treat as well. Fries were very fresh and they you a lot of options for the sandwichesFood: 4/5
They used to be great, but they're obviously pinching pennies now. They're not making your food fresh anymore. I'm guessing since I went in the afternoon, I got something not sold in the lunch rush. This is the 3rd time I've gotten a cold burger. The manager made it right, but it's the point that for over $13 they should be providing hot and fresh food. The young people working the counter are great, but they're not what you pay for. Not sure if I'll be going back.

2 piece cod dinner. It's getting harder and harder to find a good cod dinner. Skip the fries and get onion rings or cole slaw. Saturdays at 12:30 It's busy. But the food is good.Food: 5/5
The sourdough single hamburger was a very thin patty and the fries weren’t as crispy as I like. My husband did love his cod dinner.Food: 3/5
Go a butter burger at the drive thru it was so overdone the meat was a crisp wedge no meat horrible... I called in the manager replaced it. I went a couple days later in Got It because I was already home that night and it was late so disappointed. If you're a true hamburger lover, a butter Burger is not for you.....
Came here because I was watching videos on Facebook about which is better, What A Burger or Culver’s. Disappointed is what I describe today’s visit. I thought burgers were made to order? Shakes as well.? We placed our order online and we’re told it would be ready in 5 minutes. That wasn’t even enough time to get on my shoes and get in the car. That isn’t enough time to grill a burger. I should have known from this moment it was a typical fast food restaurant.We got there and the food was sitting in a warmer bagged. The shakes in the reach in cooler. Food was cold. Burger patty was dry from sitting for so long. You can see from the pic how dry the patties were. The shakes weren’t filled to the top or had any whipped cream. We ordered the bacon burgers. No bacon on one of the burgers. Cheese curds were hard and cold. What’s ironic is that the store wasn’t even busy. I wouldn’t have mind waiting for fresh food. It was Nothing but a bunch of teens running the shift. Everyone on there phone. What A Burger tops this place. We were excited because we thought they were freshly made burgers and top notch shakes. Instead we got a fancy MacDonalds visit. Don’t waste your time.
I don't get down and eat inside many fast food places. But I like that they have lots of seating and it is enjoyable inside. Every table was clean.Food: 5/5
