Very cautious and quick to take your order but it took longer than expected to get our order. Their gluten-free bun was very good; warm and did not crumble as many other gluten-free buns. While their fries ate gluten-free they are made in the same fryer as other foods that contain gluten, as I was told by the cook. If they could have a dedicated fries fryer, that would be great. But the mashed potatoes no gravy was a good alternative. Before leaving, one of their employees handed me an allergen menu for future reference.
This is the best fast food establishment in Oviedo, hands down. Burgers are always made fresh and taste great. It never falls apart when I eat it, and I get all of the ingredients in most bites. Curds always made perfectly. The best part about this place is the staff. They are simultaneously efficient and kind. They keep the drive thru moving and have cars wait for their food in spots while they continue taking other orders. Staff always has a positive attitude, and I know they work really hard there. PRO TIP: Call ahead and they’ll have it fresh when you pull up.
Not bad for a fast food joint ! Nothing out of this world but definitely not bad. Excellent presentation and freshness of both burger and fries. Always happy to see a place that sells crinkle cut fries not thin flat ones !
My boyfriend absolutely loves their food after trying for the first time. They have great fries, breaded curds, and milk shakes. But their veggie burger was really gross. It's one of those lentil, rice and veggies patties that we used to have before the soy based items came out. I was very disappointed! I thought a fast food chain would have got beyond or impossible by now.. especially in the USA. I expect it in Canada.
Great food, fast service, warm and welcoming atmosphere, comfortable indoor seating, and a nice little patio for outdoor seating with a pretty good breezeway. Plus, we love the variety in daily frozen custard flavors. I miss some of the previous dinner menu options, but the burgers and sides are consistently great.
Got my burger 27 minutes after transaction was made, had to walk up to get it and it was warm because cooled down of course. All of the ingredients went sideways so collecting everything back, warm almost cold meat, after 27 minutes didn't feel really nice. Every Friday I visit different place for burgers, and once in a while I come here. Did not want to trouble employees with "how dare you". I understand everything happens, but this location always has something off when I visit and today I think was the last drop. Thank you.
My husband ordered the Deluxe Hamburger. It turned out to be a small beef patty. It was deluxe because it had lettuce and tomato. The patty was cold and my husband took it back and watched while they heated it. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was good as was the chocolate shake. The French fries were crispy. It wasn't as packed as another Culver's we usually go to.
Long lines to order, girl did not understand the menu, food took forever. Food was cold and burgers had to much bread for size of meat. Your charges for anything and everything so if your picking something off you paid extra for it. Steak n Shake is better. The custard we used are coupon for the next day in the drive thru was awesome.Food: 2/5
Best Burgers and fries I’ve had in a while. Everything is cooked fresh. Amazing quality and taste on everything we ordered. Custard is amazing too, super friendly staff and people here too!
They always have given great service. I do think they need to always ask if the customer needs their ice cream "to-go" when customer is in drive thru. I always have to remind them to do this and then to place multiple ice creams in the cup holders, otherwise they will just hand me multiple ice creams in cones when I'm the only person in thee car and driving. Otherwise, they are always nice and do as I ask when I kindly remind them to do the above.
