I'm not usually a huge fan of fast food, but these butter burgers are killer.  The custard is a great differentiator from other joints as well. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and the drinks were cold.  Can't ask four much more!Food: 5/5

Culver’s is a great restaurant with amazing food and ice cream. Usually the locations have fast and friendly service, but this location is a joke. SKIP THIS LOCATION at all costs. Came in around 4:30 to order a quick meal before getting back on road. About 5 other customers and the seating area had many dirty tables. Ordered, waited way too long for our food, only to get the wrong food. The ticket was correct, the order wasn’t. Not to mention the burgers looked burnt and were cold. While my husband waited for the new food, a few drive thru order customers came in..one women with 2 fries in her bag, a girl missing a cheeseburger. Issac, the order taker, grabbed a piece of paper while customers waited, rolled it like a joint and pretended to smoke it while laughing. The manager on duty was a putz, this team needs a better leader. My husband waited about 10 min before getting a refund and leaving. Do not waste your time or money at this place.

I love Culver's so this experience was so unexpected!! We order a burger, fries, milkshake, and concrete mixer... waited over 20 minutes! I would have understood if the hamburger was hot but it was cold, dry, and the fries were soggy. All the cars behind us in line got their orders before us so I went in to get it... he was just walking out with it and didn't even have all the items.

We normally get good service and food BUT today Aug 11. Service was very bad. Waited a very long time for our meals and then ordered 2 dishes of ice cream and waited an EXTREMELY long time. They were not busy. No one else in dine in and very few in drive thru.  Needs new management and training in customer service. Dining area was not clean.

Just got home from Culver's drive through and you will never believe.  We didn't get our full order.  I took a bite of my mushroom and Swiss and tasted no mushrooms.  Took it apart and count 2.  I repeat 2 mushrooms on my burger.  Screw this place.  You have robbed me of my money too many times.  Screw this place.  I'll call cooperate as this franchise owner doesn't seem to be getting the memo.  I would take a picture of my son's chicken strip but oh that is right.  We didn't get them.  Also your cheese curds taste like fish.  Have a separate fryer for fish.  This is common sense.

Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes before anyone asked to take my order girl taking my order cut me off several times asking if that was all and then repeated my order back completely wrong. and then sat at the window for 5 minutes without being spoken to before being asked for my card. I pulled forward and sat there for another 15 minutes- I ordered 4 concrete mixers, all vanilla with different candy. Three cars were served behind me before I was, all of the concrete mixers were almost completely melted and were literally JUST vanilla ice cream and had none of the add ins I ordered. Will not be coming here again.

My husband ordered us double cheeseburgers and fries.  Drove one mile home with the order.   Fries were cold and burgers were burnt, paper thin and very dry.   Took a few bites after warming mine fries couple seconds.  Then threw them out.   Very disappointing because food is usually better from Culvers.Food: 2/5

We have been to this Culver's location 3 times, each time going through the drive thru. The first two times we went through we got food and ice cream and we waited 20-30 minutes both times. I guess being a sucker for punishment we decided to give this location one more chance yesterday, and ordered two custards. We waited 30 minutes for two ice creams in a line of 5-7 other cars, before finally someone came out to bring food to another car. After waving the employee down they told us they would go get our ice cream. We waited 10 more minutes before my wife decided to just go in to get the ice cream, from the sound of it they acted annoyed and didn't even provide a sorry for the wait. We have always loved Culver's but this location is either severely under staffed or poorly managed. 50 minutes for ice cream is crazy, unless something changes we will never return to this location.

What a joke this place is. Did an online order for ice cream only for curbside pickup. My wife went and marked that she was there. After repeated attempts and waiting 20 minutes including sitting at the drive thru trying to get someone's attention I called and told them to cancel it. They were very nonchalant about it, saying they probably didn't see the order on their computer and they would have the General manager refund the order. Three days later, no refund and no contact despite filling out their survey and online feedback requesting contact back, so I had to dispute the charge with the CC company. Have had multiple issues with incorrect food and missing items previously but have let them go, but this will be the last visit to this store. Can't wait for Freddy's to open up and run them out of business. In reply to their reply, I HAVE contacted them but no reply... So ‍

After 30 minutes of waiting for my food I asked what the wait was for. The guy up front seemed new and didn't have any idea why. Considering I was the only person in the restaurant when I ordered I expected pretty quick service... How wrong was I. I asked for a refund after hearing the guys in the back say "they are gonna have to wait", as he appeared to have no idea what was going on while pointing at a row of orders tickets. It's really not a cool experience to see several other orders go out while me and my two children wait in your lobby for 30 minutes hungry. Never going back.
