My wife and I love Culver’s, it’s one of our favorite places to eat.Food: 5/5
Culver's has always been one of our go to places. But Crawfordsville store has gone down big time fast. Dirty, out of root beer put of lemonade. Out of ketchup or at least they haven't refilled ketchup. There are only 8 customers in here now. Not busy at allFood: 3/5
We've dined in here a few times recently and have visited this location many times. Food is always good, and they make it correctly. We love Culver's as they are really the only chain that focuses on making their customers happy, and they do it well here. The last two times we've actually dined in haven't been the best. The lobby has been quite dirty, with no clean tables, but they are also always very busy to, and everyone in the food industry is short-handed, so got to be a little understanding of that.
I would give zero stars if I could. I came in a few days ago, and it will be my last. Every time I come here is disappointing lately. I don't order that much food and I have to wait so long for it. I never get ketchup and I barely ever get napkins in the bag. They charge for ranch. It is only 35 cents, but the fact that these new owners are so cheap is worrying. I asked a worker why the prices are higher and she had said they have new owners. They use to be locally owned. They don't even have an option for Mountie cards. I asked the girl and she said they put it under senior because of not having that option. I was wondering why I was always a senior the receipt Will they not have this next year? It would be a shame for them not to stay involved with the community. Also, I always get a concrete mixer with cheesecake pieces and lately they barely give any toppings. I'm not paying for a cup of ice cream. I wish the new owners wouldn't change to 'save money' when overall they are losing it. They shouldn't buy a restaurant without knowing how to run it. Yes they will make more money short term, but in the long run they will be losing customers. Crawfordsville is growing, and we will get better than here. The fact id rather go to McDonald's than here is sad. I wish the 'new owners' were actually intelligent. Give a rich person money and they think they're smart. This use to be my favorite place. Thank you new owners for ruining something good.
Food was exceptional as expected but the service was much less than desired. The person taken order gave the impression that we were invoking on his day and it was a bother to take our order. Parking: Tight parking for larger vehicles
The employees literally stood at the register chatting about how they were made they had customers because they were trying to close the dining room early in front of a line waiting to be served. They were also discussing how they were hoping those in line would get mad and leave. Would mop and stare at the line without helping customers. Just all around a complete lack of customer service. I don't care why you're short staffed. They said that three people quit because the ones who were still here treated them poorly. At least they extended the rudeness and general negativity to customers. Seems like there needs to be a clean sweep of this restaurant.
I had chicken strips and pretzel bites with cheese sauce. It was good as usual. Came out hot. Tried the Mango peach smoothie too. It was delicious.Food: 5/5
The service was a bit slow but they seemed short-staffed. The staff we talked to were all very friendly and the food was good quality.Food: 5/5
Only had the burger. It was just ok. The Custard was great! Only downside advertising for a Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter crunch. Starting July 10th. It's barely June. Food: 4/5
Food was good, service was good…..watching workers eat spoonfuls of ice cream out of the freezers as they worked was gross.
