This restaurant has really gone downhill. The dining area had boxes piled up on the tables and chairs like it’s a storage area, the carpet was sticky, the soda and condiment areas were absolutely filthy, and they screwed up our orders with smaller fries than ordered and refused to correct the mistake. At least the food we got tasted okay. There were a ton of employees standing around chitchatting in the back and not working while the dining area languished. We came here to celebrate a birthday and left depressed. Don’t come here.
When we walked in the were at least 8 employees standing around behind the counter. Not one made any attempt to welcome us or take our order, until 1 finally said “who’s on register?” When went back after eating our meal to order custard and we’re given a number for the table. After waiting 10 minutes I had to go up to the counter and inquire where our custard was. It had been just sitting there. Really? Why give a number if you’re not going to bring it to the table. By the way…they were NOT busy!!
Very disappointed my last time when I come in.We love culver’s and often coming but last time we ordered 3 smoothies and all of them had large chunks of ice I think they were in hurry and didn’t mixed properlyFood: 5/5
I haven't been to Culver's in quite a while. the other day, we stopped in and had a butter burger, and it was delicious! I love the crispness of the burger patty. looking forward to my next visit.Food: 5/5
Well, it's nice to get the 2 scoops one pays for. I stop for Custard every day from here to Dekalb, and this Culver's give the best Servings when it comes to their CustardFood: 5/5
Went to Culver's looking for their new sandwich that included a giant cheese curd patty on the burger only to be told it will be available 10/1. I love cheese curds. So I had a single butter burger with cheese curds. I find Culver's to be overpriced for what you get. The burger lacked flavor and the cheese curds were salty. There's no difference between them and Wendy's other than Culver's will cost you much more. I wasn't really impressed with their cheese curds either so I think I'll take my own advice and get my burgers from Wendy's and cheese curds from A&W in North Aurora.
I’ve never had a bad review for Culver’s until tonight. My burger was burnt, fries half done paid for a medium fry and was given a value fry. Then without ketchup or napkins and no spoon for the mashed potatoes. I won’t be returning here for a while if I even return.Food: 1/5
One burger was part raw and edges burnt. Second sandwich included pickles that was ordered removed and the sandwich was just burnt. The edges were like charcoal. French fries were cold. The mountain dew drink was good.Food: 1/5
The worst Culver's I've ever been to, will never stop here again. If you want to wait 30 minutes for garbage fastfood that doesn't even come out right to your order then stop here. Took about 10 minutes to order, you could just tell it wasn't going to be right, but we repeated it 3 times. Ordered 2 combos and only 1 other customer was there. The burger didn't come with bacon we ordered, toppings were on the wrong sandwiches, and the Dr. pepper didn't taste like Dr. Pepper. The burger was also soaking wet with grease like it had been sitting there. The receipt had the correct order, just no quality check to match the order to the receipt.
Cod sandwich did not have a top & lettuce was not very good . Cashew chicken salad did not have cashews & cucumbers felt slimy. Not a good experience this time. And I waited 20 min for this mess they call food.
