I forgot to take pics, but if you're looking for a nice fast food restaurant that feels like a sit-down, Culver's it is! Everyone was friendly and patient. The buns on their burgers are amazing. Prices are decent, and the quality is great. It does not taste like faat food. The restaurant itself is very clean, roomy, and inviting. Kid-friendliness: Burgers, Grilled cheese or chicken strips along with a free custard for the kids meal!
We went to Culver's and ordered through the drive through. At point in time I would have recommended this Culver's, however I can't say that I would now. I ordered two large meals and two large cheese curds. The chicken sandwich I ordered with tomato, lettuce and pickle did not have any pickles on it. And just like every time we go, our food was smashed into one single bag. So by the time we got home everything was soggy and smashed together. It's bad enough almost every time we visit we have items missing or something wrong with our food. There is no reason to shove everything in one bag after spending around $40 on food with no napkins. And for whatever reason the cheese curds were extra salty this time around. On the flip side, staff is always friendly.
They now have a gluten free option for their burgers!!!!!! They definitely have shown their passion in feeding their customers... I do love their burgers, the staff is always prompt, it is a decent place for a nice little gathering... The tables and floors are clean, even in the corners... Love their pride... Dietary restrictions: They have a sign up front that lists their allergy options... They recently added gluten and celiac options, which as a celiac I do greatly appreciate that... But their burgers definitely stand on their own without a bun...
Bad service at drive up messed the order three times and when we got home it was still wrong. You should not have to open every sandwich to make sure it is correctFood: 3/5
Hours are not as they say they are on the website. Waited 10 minutes in drive through only for them to tell me they were closed 2 minutes after 8:00. Very disappointed.Food: 4/5
Took a long time to get my food. Most of the tables were dirty. I ordered a strawberry shake and I got runny vanilla ice cream with whole chunks of strawberries in it… gross. There were gnats flying around my food the entire time I was eating. Definitely lost my appetite.
When I went, all of the trashcans indoors were completely overflowing. To be fair, they were fairly busy with a dinner rush. Still, there were multiple times when there were two people working the register with only one customer ordering at a time and neither employee was in trainingFood: 5/5
Awesome food. The peanut butter malt is to die for. In particular there is a gal who works evening that makes them the best everFood: 5/5
We stopped here to dine in after our long road trip and we see a piece of paper on the door saying they closed the dining room early for staffing issues. Disappointed, but still craving Culver’s we went through the drive thru and ate outside. Our food was very disappointing.. my fiancé said she won’t want Culver’s again unfortunately.
I've only been to Culver's once. I had a good meal, I will eat there again if I'm in the area.Food: 5/5
