My family loves the custard here! So smooth and creamy. It's definitely not the healthiest place to eat but it's so good you almost don't care. We just started going to Culver's a couple months ago and we have only good things to say. This location is on there game, the employees are great as well! Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place. They have chocolate milk for them and my son absolutely loves there onion rings.
I had been to a few Culver's and they are nice but this one was great. I went with my mom and another family member and they helped get us the best every step of the way. They were patient and helped us customize a meal or two to fit our needs and cravings. The lobby was clean and constantly being checked for any items needing refilled. My mom who is handicapped got help and didn't even have to ask. Everyone smiled and the real customer service was a breath of fresh air. With today's customer service experience changing, and if Culver's doesn't change what they are doing, I will for sure be coming back time and time again. Thank you Culver's for making our experience a pleasant one.
I haven't been to a Culver's in 5 years. I told that to the guy at the register. My meal was excellent. I think his name was Josh. Super good customer serviceFood: 5/5
I ordered the flavor of the day...caramel and cashew. I added hot fudge. When I got my order, which cost me over $7.00 for a medium, there was only a small drizzle of caramel. I mentioned to the server that there was supposed to be caramel. She said, "it's in there.". Never had such poor service at a Culver's.Food: 2/5
Food was great but we were in the drive through and they forgot to give us all of our food so we called back and try he management was very professional and quickly gave us our missing food promptly and of good quality. Thank you Culver's.Food: 5/5

Always love when PUMPKIN is back on the menu! Did wait about 15 mins to get 1 concrete mixer and watched others behind me get their food first before me. Other than that I always love and enjoy the food!Food: 5/5
Still just fast food. But a decent Culver's. Counter help doesn't know how to greet customers. That might be a generational thing. Clean and well stocked. Normal fast food food.Food: 4/5
The food was very good, service was quick and efficient. The food was delivered to our table in just a few minutes. I recommend them.Food: 5/5
Place was a mess. Ordered ice cream and sat down. Server walked by us three times. When he finally found our tableqftet we flagged him down, he handed my Father a cone where over half of it was melted and dripping down his hand. Had to ask him to remake it. Our other ice cream never showed. Had to go back and ask for it. Order was never processed. We then waited another 30 minutes for some food items that also never showed. Had to go ask for them. Got an attitude from the assistant manager. This is the second time in one week this happened at this location. Lesson learned. Staff is overwhelmed and can't keep up. Service is horrible. We're here on vacation and won't be back.
