I have no problems with the location or the actual store it self, the store is usually very clean and there is usually coffee available, the problem I have is with the staff, I've been going to various Cumberland farms locations for years and some of the staff here is just straight lazy and unprofessional, the other day a new girl I have never seen rang me out and she proceeded to get on her phone and start texting in the middle of my transaction which I have never seen an employee do at any location before I had to walk away because she never said the transaction was complete or anything, straight rude, you couldn't wait 30 seconds to finish the transaction before you got on your phone and ignored me, nice customer service, and yesterday the kid who was there walked away and was talking to someone other employee in the back and was gone for at least 4 minutes before he came back to a long line of people waiting.. I'm not sure what's up with these employees but they need to be better, the girl with the curly hair is really nice and she's a hard worker I appreciate her.

I was rung out by someone on air pods.  I didn't know whether or not they were talking to me during the transaction.  I then wanted to share my experience with Cumberland Farms.  I left a voicemail and no one called me back.  I would stay away from them

Love the coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and especially the discount on gas prices with the membership in their SMART program.

My coworker Dan the man enjoys purchasing loose fruit and scratch tickets almost daily. He had a couple run ins with unruly customers but the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s a quick in and out to grab some snacks, gas and an elephant pill.

Selected regular unleaded and start pumping and turns out to be pumping super unleaded!?… malfunction of pump? Was not happy

If you don't do Cumby's your over paying for a lot... 99 cent or less coffee, made perfect everytime! Large selection of tasty or healthy breakfast and lunch food! Chicken tenders are my fav but usually go for a quick chili cheese dog... And free this when you buy that deals are fun and economic bargains. Most employees seem to be happy to work there, some more than others, like everywhere... I love Cumby's

I wrote this email to cooperate in October without any help so now it's going on Google... hope this gets to who it needs to get to....  Good morning. I am a resident of New Britain, CT. I am also a first responder for a neighboring town. I am emailing you in regards to the Cumberland Farms store in Newington. Address: 724 Cedar St, Newington, CT 06111. My work schedule is mostly early morning so I count on this location to be prepared with coffee at 5AM when the store is to open. During the week I never have an issue. But on Saturday mornings is where I have the problem. Ive been disappointed for months. I actually mentioned something to one of the other employees that work during the week and nothing was said or done and now it's become such a recurring issue that it HAS to be addressed by somebody higher up. Today, October 1st 2022, I arrived at this location at 5:20AM and the store was a complete mess from the night before. Dried up coffee near the coffee station, Bold Iced coffee wasn't made yet, not one piece of food was out, and the employee on shift was just standing there not even attempting to handle any of the issues I just addressed. When cashing out, employee was very unwelcoming and seemed annoyed by having a customer. I've worked for many many many years in food service and this isn't an employee you want at ANY of your locations without proper training. If nothing is resolved I have no choice but to let my town know via media outlets about this situation. I would like this to be resolved before I get to that point. So please, address the situation, the store is suffering. It is a brand new store on a VERY busy intersection! It should be top notch at all times. Wouldn't you agree? Well, thank you for your time and I look forward to some changes.

Always love their coffee and $.10 off gas..... get the Smart Card.
