Cumberland Farms
"Cumberland Farms makes life easier for busy people every day. What started in 1939 with a cow and a dream has grown into a network of convenience stores across eight states. Three generations later, Cumberland Farms is still family owned and operated, and continues to reflect the values it was built upon: envisioning a better way to serve customers by providing the best possible products at the best possible prices.Whether you're buying a cold Chill Zone fountain drink, a hot or iced cup of Farmhouse Blend Coffee, or filling the gas tank, convenience and customer service are key."

A 4 pack of toilet paper is THIRTEEN DOLLARS! I paid $7 for 2 rolls of Scott. The prices are disrespectful, I understand inflation but this is price gouging. The attendant inside was really nice if that counts for anything to you. I won't go back.
Tried to purchase $50 of Hulu and Amazon gift cards for Christmas and was called a scammer and told cash only. Very strange, and the cashier justified it to other customers while calling me “suspicious.”
William has no respect to customers, witnessed him talking inappropriately to a customer and I could tell she was uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and told HR about this. No women should have to deal with that and never going to cumberlands again they don't deserve to have customers
I am not one to critique, judge nor scold anyone for their human-ness but if I am working for a medical transportation company would that not consider me a frontliner? Aren't I exposing and risking my Self to the actual patients that doctors and nurses are waiting to tend when we transport them to their hospitals and clinics? So, for a manager to immediately refuse me a free cup of coffee without, God forbid, take a moment to empathize the condition this world is in and treat individuals with a little bit of respect and dignity. I know. I'm casting a big shadow on a small thing but it's those small things that do not get called upon and it becomes a fukkin unclimbable mountain. Just saying.....
It says it's open when in fact they're closed! SMH!!!
Purchased a 2L bottle of Diet Pepsi last week only to get home and realize it tasted like pure acid. Checked the expiration date-- NOVEMBER 11, 2017! This was on the shelf last week February 2020. 2+ YEARS expired and on the shelf. This has happened many times at different Cumberland Farms stores with bottled drinks that are 6months+ expired. C'mon people, check your expirations dates.
They have an employee on the overnight who treats his shift like it's a prison sentence! Each time I go in there he's more surly and condescending than the time before. If you ask him a question he reacts as if you asked him to donate a kidney without anesthetic. He should be working at the registry of motor vehicles, he'd fit right in! Get rid of this guy already!
Garbage! I got out of work real late. I searched for a Cumberland farms that was 24Hrs. Maps stated that this one was. I get here, which, was a half hour out of my two hour ride home. Nope! Not 24Hrs at all. Not even to midnight. 11pm. Seriously!? Keep track of what Web sites state about your location. Ridiculous! Oh, and there were two guys waiting outside that were scheduled to do a job here. And they would not let them in.
Been here 3 or 4 times for the car vacuum and it NEVER works, absolutely zero suction. Jesus just fix it or empty the canister. Been 4 months. No possible refund either.
Other reviews are right. Night shift employee is kind of a jackass. Only worth going if you don't have to interact with them directly.
