Cumberland Farms

Description

Cumberland Farms makes life easier for busy people every day. What started in 1939 with a cow and a dream has grown into a network of convenience stores across eight states. Three generations later, Cumberland Farms is still family owned and operated, and continues to reflect the values it was built upon: envisioning a better way to serve customers by providing the best possible products at the best possible prices.

Whether you're buying a cold Chill Zone fountain drink, a hot or iced cup of Farmhouse Blend Coffee, or filling the gas tank, convenience and customer service are key. Cumberland Farms also has a long heritage of giving back to the communities where it operates, from feeding the hungry and serving the disabled, to supporting local sports teams and fundraising.

I asked what they had at the store on the phone and couldn’t get a straight answer, this was only a few minutes ago. She wouldn’t even tell me if the gas station sold gas. I personally would never traverse the barren landscape assuming a feasible harvest from Cumberland farms. I prithy those who seek asylum to avoid roads such as which whom reach the farms of Cumberland. Also the food there tastes like doggy food.
There are always items blocking the aisles making it impossible to get a wheelchair/scooter through, constantly less than 3 feet of clearance. The grab and go food is constantly near empty with the excuse we are short staffed. Shelves are understocked.
Gas pumps might as well not pump they are so slow and not a single employee has filled the fridges fully in over a month either. Cumberland farms should be ashamed
This review is to warn all customers that when they exit this Cumberland Farms via a vehicle, there is a Stop sign before you will exit the parking lot on the left hand side that is a side street, I slowed down briefly stopped to look around before taking a right & as I drove on as usual, I could see a car from far away taking the same right onto the same side road, then the vehicles police lights turned on flashing driving & speeded up fast my way, so I pulled over so he could pass by, then the police officer pulled up behind me as if he pulled me over , the Police officer walked up over to my driver window claimed that I blew that stop sign & I was given a ticket fine to pay $110.00 dollars, the South Attleboro police sit across the street at Wendy's watching that Cumberland Farms from across the street of route 1. just for that purpose, so customers... be Aware!
Never any washer fluid at the pumps or paper to print a receipt.
This place was good for a short period of time after the remodel, but it’s pretty awful now. The self checkout lines literally never work. Lines grow out the door and staff doesn’t help each other on registers, much less the customers. There’s one person checking people out while 2 or 3 stock shelves or something. It’s also the only Cumberland farms that routinely locks their side entrance, and although that is minor it just smells so lazy. Usually when that door is locked it’s the same person whose working hiding behind the milk and forcing the sweet old lady to ring people out by herself.
Would give no stars! Miserable/rude cashiers, bad customer service and dirty looks from both cashiers. I asked for quarters to put air in my tires and both said they didn’t have any with an attitude and one had just counted the register. Umm how do you not have change????
Never any food ready in morning .Thought last bunch sucked .Go to the Cumbies in North Attleboro 152 you will see the difference food sandwiches ready grab and go Clean Hours.
The guy working the counter is hilarious. Very fast and friendly and great at his job. Thank you.
This is a new location. The staff is friendly and the store is super-clean. Definitely worth it to sign up for Cumbies’ Loyalty program, which gets you 10 cents off per gallon on gas all the time and various other perks.
