Cumberland Ridge Apartments

Beautiful place to live, especially for pet friendly families. There’s lots of space indoors for your small pets to have plenty of room as well as two large grass areas that are perfect for playing fetch. The staff is very professional and will work with you on any issues that arise. Maintenance does a great job about getting things fixed within the week.

This place has the most ridiculous rules, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to be treated like a child. Can’t have ANYTHING on the balcony except a chair. Not a trash can or anything else can be there. Also don’t recommend if you have an outside cat, they don’t allow cats to go outside freely, have to be walked on a leash, it’s just a cat she can’t hurt anything! When have you ever seen a cat on a leash? Never. Me and my fur baby can’t wait to leave here!

Trash company that made me pay to break my lease when going on a deployment because “my girlfriend could stay there” when we only lived here for 3 months and she knew no one yet. They also refused to refund me when they pulled rent and the fees to break the lease out on the first of the month because I had autopay setup. The early termination fee was supposed to come out in the 30th. Overall just trash service with people that do not care about you

Hello Im lisa, I came to visit 8/11/23. Your place is beautiful and amazing. I'm moving from Chattanooga back to be closer to family . So on the day I visited Cumberland ridge. The doors were locked I waited around an hour .but needed to leave .I have tried every way to get intouch with anyone.... Thank you so much Lisa

If I could leave zero I would, when I was living here my AC leaked and caused damage to the subfloor and carpet in my unit. The complexes solution to fix this was just to put a fan in the room and let it dry out Upon moving out, the complex charged me 500 dollars to fix this issues. This company is money hungry and will do anything to the people who rent from them just to make a dollar. I would not suggest living here to anyone.

Would not recommend applying unless you enjoy being provided with conflicting information on your application status by different staff members who don’t properly communicate with each other. Judging by some of these other reviews, it seems we dodged a bullet.

I have lived at The Ridge for 6 years. Maintenance is efficient. The structures are soundly built. The facilities are useful. The only issue is the trash compactor for the community gets clogged regularly, but this is mainly user error - can’t really expect to toss a washing machine in a 4x4 hole... The grounds are always kept well. The staff is helpful. The current staff is especially is good. Amanda is super professional and knowledgeable.

Lived @ Cumberland Ridge for 5 years and enjoyed it! Current staff is really, really good. Matt has the right balance of friendliness and business sense so a property this size can be a good home. Any maintenance needs are handled in a timely manor. The units are a comfortable size with updates in most of the right places. Only complaints are poor insulation around drafty windows and no gutters on apt buildings which allows water to pool. Parking can be a problem at times and staff has had to install more pet stations because some pet owners were leaving their dog logs everywhere. Otherwise, you should give this place a serious consideration.

I moved into the Cumberland Ridge Apartments in April of 2019 and from the very beginning the staff in the leasing office have all been fantastic. Since moving in, any maintenance issue that I have encountered very few have been met with swift action in order to fix the problem. The community is very welcoming, and I would recommend this property to anyone who is searching for a good place to live.

One of the best apartments in Clarksville! Really clean, quiet and amazing quality for the price! Pet friendly, tons of parking and spacious. Only a 30 minute drive to Fort Campbell so it's the perfect distance to get away from work yet not a bad drive. The manager and staff are extremely helpful and care about each tenant. Any problem was solved within a day if not immediately. Highly recommended!!!
