Cumberland Valley Recreation Council has been in existence since 1972, we continue to strive to expand our programs and offerings to the community.
It is our mission to provide a place and opportunities for present and future generations to gather, celebrate, and engage in activities that promote health, well-being, and community. We strive to preserve, enhance, and protect our open spaces to enrich the quality of life of our citizens. In order to meet our mission and provide services in our community, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. Additionally, annually we hold a Labor Day Festival & Cruise In with live entertainment which brings in over an estimated 1500 attendees. The proceeds from this event help us in our efforts.
