Cumming Parking Storage

We’ve had our boat parked with this storage facility for over 3 years. We had auto pay established and never missed or were late on the rent. Very soon after we sold the boat and removed it, we contacted the owner to cancel our space rental, only to be told that there was no flexibility on their 30-day cancellation policy, of which we were unaware or forgot about. The reason given was that we were set up for automatic recurring charge and they needed the time to cancel that. So I politely asked whether they could manually process the refund, and was told no. So much for appreciation for a long term customer in a situation that could not be helped. I’ll NEVER use this business again!
