Cunningham Custom Jewelry designs and manufactures one of a kind jewelry completely in house using state of the art equipment.



"We are a full service custom jewelry store featuring a fun and creative atmosphere. We custom design jewelry pieces in CAD and print models on 3d printers. All casting is done on site using top of the line equipment and materials. Finishing, stone settings, and polishing is done by our staff jewelers. We also offer a full service on site repair shop."

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: I went in to purchase a wedding band and was told to leave after simply asking about price flexibility. The store owner stormed out of the room after stating "we are done here." No other explanation was given. On my way out the owner's son snarkily said to me "good luck with the wedding haha." I was left speechless and very discouraged with this jewelry shopping experience. Shop elsewhere to avoid these immature senseless crooks. They bring shame to the jewelry industry.
I can't say enough good things about this business! I recently had a custom mother's ring created by them and it came out even better than I had hoped! Great quality and their attention to detail is incredible! Their customer service is probably the best I've experienced in a very long time; some of the friendliest and warmest business owners around. Would 100% return for future jewelry needs and recommend to others!
Brian is outstanding!! I travel over 1 hour just to have his knowledge & expertise. He has helped me out with so many pieces and each one was beautiful....his professionalism and craftmanship are fabulous !!
Can't recommend Brian & Cunningham enough. Truly some of the best customer service we have ever had. So kind, patient and explains EVERYTHING so customers can understand and feel comfortable making an investment. If you need an engagement ring or custom jewelry, go here. You won't be disappointed!
Cunningham's is the only place I'll go for my custom jewelry! Brian is very talented, professional , and reasonable priced! Service with a smile too! I drove back to his store from the Capital region, because I knew he'd make me happy with his design, and he did! Can't say enough, except to say thank you!
I bought my fiance a Marquise diamond for her engagement ring and we came to Cunningham's with the intention of making a custom band. Due to the shape of the diamond it was very difficult to find a band that fit well. Brian made us several options using a program in his office before we settled on a design. It only took him 1-2 weeks to finish the wedding band and it came out perfect! He told us before the wedding to stop in and he would polish both the ring which we did not buy from him and the band that he made us for free. Excellent service, great prices, and extremely friendly people at this store. If ever we need any customized jewelry in the future we will definitely go back again. Cannot say enough good things about this place and the people that work there!
Everyone there was very helpful and they helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and gave me an estimated time which was correct. It was wrapped beautifully and it looked like the box itself was meant for royalty I highly recommend this place because it’s family owned and they actually care about their customers and what they want unlike all the rest of the big companies
Brian helped us turn a loose stone into a beautiful necklace that my wife loves! He shared design ideas and in the end helped us create an heirloom piece. HIGHLY recommend!
